Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

È un ampio ambiente di circa 50 mq, con la zona letto separata e un divano letto singolo nella zona giorno. All’esterno, nel cortile , ci sono la lavanderia e il freezer. È una casetta di paese che ho ristrutturato senza snaturarne le caratteristiche,ha un angolo cottura con due fuochi ad induzione , smart tv nel soggiorno , la Connessione wifi, pompa di calore caldo/freddo.
