Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Absolute silence and privacy, but not isolated, the place is cool, dry and well ventilated even in the middle of summer, a holiday for those who love the sea and the countryside, in the name of relaxation and nature without giving up all the comforts, in the wild beauty of the D' Agrò valley.

The house is very spacious (150 square meters), there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with a shower, a kitchen with a living room with a TV, a large and bright attic in which there is a 55-inch TV, and two sofa beds. From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deck chairs, and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach, and the Tindari promontory.

Located inside a villa, it consists of a single room of about 20 square meters with kitchen, table for two, double bed 160 x 195 cm with container and bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning. The Chalet has a terrace overlooking the sea with a coffee table for lunch/dinner plus two sun loungers and umbrellas. The chalet is about 5 minutes from the city center along an uphill road. It also has parking for a small car.
