Emplacement super. conforme a la description. nous avons eu qq petits disfonctionnement qui d appareil qui pensent arriver chez n'importe qui comme chez nous, Luigi a toujours été présent et s'est déplacé dans l heure pour nous apporter une solution . Excellente réactivité. L appartement est dans une ancienne villa de maitre, ou d ailleurs Churchill a séjourné et signe un traite , mais malgré la présence d autres appartement au dessous de celui de Luigi et a a cote, une fois la porte de l appartement il n y a aucun bruit, aucune nuisance. La terrasse avec vue a 270 degrés sur la vue de Naples - de Naples a Ischia, est absolument sans vis a vis et plein sud . Pas de soucis avec les fenêtres sans rideaux, Luigi a prévu des obstructeurs pour la nuit dans les chambres qui font le noir parfaitement. Il y a un ascenseur de l entrée de la villa au pallier d entree de l appartement . La villa est dans un grand parc avec un acces sécurisé en véhicule et il me semble des cameras video...

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs around the world, and this is easily one of the best. It’s basically a private villa with exclusive access to the pool and jacuzzi—we thought they were shared, so that was a great surprise. Ilaria and her partner greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, and even came by daily to clean the pool. The location makes it a bit tricky to get taxis or Ubers on the spot, but if you schedule ahead, it’s no problem. Also, ilaria and her partner offer to drive us in case we couldn’t find a ride. Definitely would stay again.

Communications were always quick and full of information! The Airbnb is gorgeous and being right on the water, with a private beach was perfect!! We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay! The place looks just like the photos—super clean, comfy, and fully equipped with everything you might need (and more). The bed was really comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well taken care of. At first, I was a bit worried about the location, but it turned out great. It’s a quiet and safe area, and I’d honestly rather stay somewhere clean and peaceful than somewhere super central but shady. The train station is just a 6-minute walk, and it takes about 30 minutes to reach the city center. Bonus: there’s an amazing pizza place nearby—definitely worth trying! The host was also very kind and attentive, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend!
