We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean, quiet and comfortable and we would not hesitate to book again. Gianpiero was always contactable and quick to respond to any queries. Near the seafront, train station, subway and close to some good restaurants and bars. City centre walkable. Thanks to Gianpiero.

The view is amazing and we enjoyed having access to the beach. Stefano was friendly, proactive, and worked to accommodate an early check in due to our early ferry arrival.

Great location. as described. we had some small malfunctioning devices that think they arrive at anyone's place like home, Luigi was always there and moved within the hour to bring us a solution . Excellent responsiveness. The apartment is in a former master villa, or elsewhere Churchill stayed and signs a milestone, but despite the presence of other apartments below that of Luigi and next door, once the door of the apartment there is no noise, no disturbance. The terrace with a 270 degree view of the view of Naples - from Naples to Ischia, is absolutely overlooked and facing south . No worries with the windows without curtains, Luigi has shutters for the night in the rooms that make the dark perfectly. There is a lift from the villa entrance to the entrance to the apartment . The villa is in a large park with secure access by vehicle and it seems to me to be video cameras...

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs around the world, and this is easily one of the best. It’s basically a private villa with exclusive access to the pool and jacuzzi—we thought they were shared, so that was a great surprise. Ilaria and her partner greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, and even came by daily to clean the pool. The location makes it a bit tricky to get taxis or Ubers on the spot, but if you schedule ahead, it’s no problem. Also, ilaria and her partner offer to drive us in case we couldn’t find a ride. Definitely would stay again.

Tommaso was the best host! He was responsive, always, and put up with me and my travel issues! If I could vote him the #1 Airbnb Host I would do that! Communications were always quick and full of information! The Airbnb is gorgeous and being right on the water, with a private beach was perfect!! We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay! The place looks just like the photos—super clean, comfy, and fully equipped with everything you might need (and more). The bed was really comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well taken care of. At first, I was a bit worried about the location, but it turned out great. It’s a quiet and safe area, and I’d honestly rather stay somewhere clean and peaceful than somewhere super central but shady. The train station is just a 6-minute walk, and it takes about 30 minutes to reach the city center. Bonus: there’s an amazing pizza place nearby—definitely worth trying! The host was also very kind and attentive, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend!
