Vacation rentals with a patio in Capitolo

I stayed at Stella Marina (2 Bedroom) apartment in Savelletri. Beautifully modern and clean decor in the middle of Savelletri. The host was very responsive to all my questions and even gave me some great recommendations for the local area. There is parking in the area, so would suggest a car if you are to visit the local villages and towns. Highly recommend! Many thanks!

Everything was perfect, Erasmina’s place was very cute and cosy, beautifully furnished apartment with great attention to detail. Erasmina was very friendly helpful and communicative, instructions to check-in were very clear as well. Parking was available 2 minutes walking distance from the flat and contactless check-in was very convenient. Definitely recommend it!!

We had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Polignano a Mare! Vito and Valeria were very helpful and friendly throughout all communications and were flexible with our last minute check in which we really appreciated. The place was clean and very comfortable - it was even better than we had expected. Perfectly positioned within walking distance to the centre, but still quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is great too. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. Monica was very responsive and helpful as a host, and had great dining recommendations. The flats themselves are beautiful - stylish, pristine and spacious in a great location at the edge of Bari Vecchia and Bari Nuova. Also very helpful and kind little touches like leaving wine, coffee, water, etc were really appreciated. Would be surprised if there is a better place to stay in Bari!

The apartments was well designed clean and homely

Le logement proposé est conforme aux photos. La propreté des pièces est irréprochable. L'appartement se trouve dans un endroit très paisible. Il y a un restaurant à seulement quelques mètres du logement qui propose de très bonnes pizza à très bon prix. C'est également idéal pour visiter les pouilles. Suggestion d'amélioration: un des lits pourrait être amélioré car fais bcp de bruit à chaque mouvement et n'est pas très confortable pour deux. En conclusion, je recommande ce logement 😊

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour chez Francesco. L’appartement est très propre est très bien aménagé. Le quartier est bien placé à proximité de la gare et du centre. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits parfaites dans ce logement. L’accueil du couple hôte a été très chaleureux. Le monsieur parlait français, ce qui a grandement facilité les échanges. Ils ont été de bon conseil pour les visites à faire dans la région et nous ont recommandé d’excellentes adresses de restaurants. À notre arrivée, de l’eau, du lait et de quoi grignoter pour le petit-déjeuner étaient à notre disposition, une attention vraiment appréciable. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison.

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Giacomina est une hôtesse très accueillante, très agréable et accessible, elle a répondu à nos questions et nous a indiqué ce qu'il y avait d'intéressant à voir à proximité. Elle nous a bien conseillé. Le logement est très propre et bien aménagé, l'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région. Nous sommes venus à deux couples et le logement était parfait pour nous accueillir. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!! Un grand merci !

Luciana et Dodi sont des hôtes merveilleux, très disponibles et nous réservent un accueil très chaleureux. Des provisions telles que l'huile d'olive, produit de l'exploitation personnelle, amandes, café et autres intentions étaient à notre disposition à notre arrivée. Notre gite était une ancienne étable restaurée avec une grande authenticité dans lequel nous nous sentons bien dès notre entrée. Il est d'une propreté irréprochable et se situe au calme parmi les oliviers avec une vue sur la mer. C'est un gite que je recommanderai sans hésiter à des personnes qui choisiront cette destination. I can’t say enough good things about Dario and his country cottage. It was my dream experience amongst the Trulli in a heavenly peaceful environment with flowers everywhere and poignant reminders of the history of the region in the land of Trullis. Very peaceful and as a single woman I felt very safe. The cottage is very private on a country road not far from Martina Franca but also on a very walkable road through the countryside. Everything I could have needed was there, and Dario was an easy presence to engage with and he has a busy life so lots of time on my own. Dario is always available for any questions and I loved conversing with him about the region. He is a wealth of information. If I can make it happen, I will be back!

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in. From the decor to the host’s communication, it was a really fantastic experience! We drove into Ostuni from the south and Gaetano helped advise us on the route to take into the city to avoid the narrow old town streets. He drew his own maps and replied immediately when we had questions. He helped find a parking space, which was extremely difficult so that’s something to consider when visiting Ostuni. There is a few minute walk from the on street parking to the property. The property itself is beautiful. Interior design is clearly something Gaetano cares a great deal about. Reclaimed vintage furniture mixed with modern appliances and finishings and local ceramics and Puglian style. The space is big enough for four for a short period but a couple could stay there long term. The kitchen is well equipped, great size bathroom and small ensuite upstairs. The roof terrace is great for chilling in the sun with a drink! We would 100% stay again!

Nicola and Eleonora were very friendly and responded quickly to help us find a parking space and were quite kind from the time we arrived until we left. The place is a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Bari, where you can find several restaurants and bars. It was quite clean and tidy.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Ostuni. Es war alles perfekt und Ludovica war wirklich zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns immer eine Rückmeldung gegeben. Wir haben tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir können es absolut empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Krásne ubytovanie v dobrej vzdialenosti k hlavnej stanici v Bari aj do starého centra Bari. Apartmán bol vybavený všetkým, čo sme pre náš pobyt potrebovali a bol čistý. Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový pri našom príchode aj odchode a nápomocný, na správy reagoval rýchlo. Ubytovanie určite doporučujeme :-)

Le logement de Rosa est parfait. Avec un parking privé et fermé. Au calme et près d’un supermarché. À 45 mn à pied du centre historique. Rosa nous a parfaitement accueilli.

Stunning property, full of character. Has been lovingly restored. We loved the roof terrace and balcony with views. Great location. Very friendly and helpful hosts who checked us in. Can recommend 100%. One of the best Airbnbs we have every stayed in!

We had a quick weekend stay in Monopoli. The location was perfect, walkable to dining and shopping. the beds were extremely comfortable and it was a plus being able to do wash and hang out laundry. Alex was extremely helpful in providing recommendations. The only drawback was, due to the central location it was very loud late into the night (we were there on a Friday and Saturday night…Friday was quiet, Saturday was loud late into the night), but I’m sure that’s to be expected given the location. We had a car and Alex was very helpful in telling us where to look for parking.
