The house was perfect for our family. The private fenced backyard, hot tub and dining areas made the space twice the size. That big beautiful maple was a treat to sit under and enjoy all the birds flying overhead to the lagoon nearby. The location is epic! We loved walking to twin lakes and blacks beaches with the dog. Early mornings with low tide gave us plenty of beach to run around on. The farmers market on Sunday is also just a walk away. Highly recommend !

This darling little beach cottage was everything I hoped for. It reminded me of the surf bungalows from decades ago but with all modern amenities. I wanted peace and quiet and the tranquil surroundings—wind chimes, water fountain and the Monterey Bay a block away—delivered! Sita and Tom were always available if I had questions but they were never intrusive. The Pleasure Point neighborhood (where I lived 50 years ago) is still just as friendly and the Bay’s beauty, with the ever-changing waves and surfers, never fails to bring me joy. All in all, a lovely experience ❤️

We so enjoyed staying at Ian‘s place. The house was very comfortable and is located in a great neighborhood. It’s quiet and I so enjoyed taking my dogs for a daily walk. The home is close to some great restaurants and a wonderful park where we found a friendly Pickleball community. The area is also quite bike friendly and we took a ride with some great views of the ocean. The Co-host, Ryan, was very helpful and great about getting back to me. We hope to come back again.

Gabriel was a great host and provided a lot of information to make our stay better. My group didn't do the best job at separating the garbage and Gabriel was very kind and considerate in addressing the issue so we could work towards a resolution, which I appreciated. I would definitely book his place again.

Lovely space to spend the weekend! The unit was clean and spacious, and so close to the beach. The shared outdoor area was especially great for our 2 kids who made friends with the kids staying next door. Would definitely come back for a long weekend again.

The location was unbeatable – just a short stroll to the iconic Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, making access to rides, games, and the beach effortless. No parking worries! The hot tub was a true highlight. After a day of exploring, soaking in the warm, clean water under the stars was the perfect way to unwind and added a luxurious touch. The home itself was cozy and beautifully decorated, making us feel instantly at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds comfortable, and ample space for all. Host communication was excellent – responsive, friendly, and clear. We had a memorable time and are already planning our next visit. This Santa Cruz gem is a must-book for a relaxing, convenient, and enjoyable vacation. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Hard to find a better priced place with this level of modernity and space. As others have mentioned it's a windy drive from highway 17, about 35 minutes from Santa Cruz, 20 minutes from Los Gatos (really cool town), and 30 minutes from San Jose. Of course, the semi-remote location is part of the appeal - redwood trees all around the yard, visible from inside the house, and all around beautiful steep terrain. The attached home is great - super comfortable couch in the living room, great bed in the bedroom, kitchenette and spacious bathroom.

Really hard to describe how wonderful the whole back yard is. Sunset here were amazing. All kinds of wildlife. The smell of the California hills in springtime always refreshes. Dogs loved it (and couldn't quite believe it). We swung on the swing, sat in the gazebo, enjoyed basking in the balcony views.

Linda and Bob are wonderful hosts. We love their beautiful studio. The location is an amazing and we felt very safe and secure. Their property is a beautiful vineyard and the pool is right outside the studio. Lots of walkable paths, and our dogs Loved it. We will be back!

Nalin's home was spacious and comfortable for my family (5 adults) and 2 small dogs when we came to stay for my brother's graduation in mid-May. We asked Nalin if we could park a 5'x8' cargo U-Haul trailer and were able to park our truck with the trailer right in front of the house with no problem. Everyone had comfortable beds to sleep on, especially the pull-out couch that turned into a full/queen sized bed. We had a quiet neighborhood, so no unexpected party noises around us. Plenty of kitchen appliances and dinnerware to use for all of us, especially a water boiler for out tea and coffee! Mom loved the backyard area with the beautiful greenery and sitting area. I loved the shower pressure, although my dad mentioned the showerhead position was a little short for his height (I'm pretty petite and my dad is about 6'). Overall it was a great stay!

I loved my stay at Kim’s! I’m a Northern California native and I was thrilled with the rustic, laid-back vibe of Moss Landing. Walking distance to sumptuous coastal landscape. Loved that I could bring my pup. The bathtub was luxuriously appointed with thick white towels and boutique toiletries. Would come again and stay longer! Love, love, love!

We absolutely LOVED our stay!! Everything was perfect. It was exactly as described…actually it was better! The house was spacious, clean, cozy, and super close to the beach! We loved getting coffee in the morning and walking the beach, pizza by the slice for lunch and delicious restaurants close by for dinner. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit the area. Had a wonderful and comfortable stay with 2 kids, 4 adults, and a dog. Could not be more convenient with the beach across the street and a market a short walk away. Loved the neighborhood feel to the beach and the beach market made things even more convenient. The road noise is significant but the provided white noise machines were a help. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect vacation home for my family. We were 4 adults, 2 small kids and a dog. The home was just the right size with lovely outdoor patios and beautiful gardens. Everything was clean, well organized and with all the supplies and utensils we needed. We walked to the beach along trail which ran through a Eucalyptus grove, easy access to the beach. A wonderful family getaway. Thank you!
