Vacation rentals with breakfast in Capitol Hill, Seattle

Excellent location, beautiful views, and private. Exactly as pictured and described on Airbnb (which in my experience, is atypical). The house was well stocked, and especially appreciated the Peet’s coffee! A bonus was getting to see Ian’s nature-art-photography on every wall. Ian could not have been more helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying at this gem again. Thank you, Ian.

Kelly’s house is a wonderful find. It’s located in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants and Climate Pledge Arena. The house is very clean and has everything you need for a lovely weekend in town. Kelly is very quick to respond and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at Kelly’s house for a great time in Seattle.

Susan’s home is such a beautiful place to stay she is so friendly and makes feel so at home that is why my husband and I keep returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and cozy, close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, all within walking distance. We even walked to the light rail station to go downtown. Would definitely recommend the Dandelion house for your stay in Seattle.

We stayed here for a week after moving to Seattle and Matt and Holly were great hosts! The space is cozy and has everything you need. We really appreciated having a full kitchen. There were quite a few spiders in the bathroom, so be mindful of that if you’re afraid. The only thing is recommend is getting a slightly longer shower curtain so that water doesn’t get into the floor. Other than that, we had a great stay! Hosts were responsive and helpful and we’d stay here again in the future.

This cottage is quaint and close to Alki we walked to the beach in about 4 min! Jeanne was able to help out and get us in a tiny bit early which was helpful with an early arrival flight. She was super kind. She met us and chatted for 20 min about the house upon arrival. (Which some people may like or not). We had a lovely time at this cottage! Very clean and we loved having a washer and dryer and she provided beach towels which was helpful. Thanks!

We knew by the pictures that the house was beautiful but the pictures don’t even come close to describing just how gorgeous it truly is. The view from the roof was incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and even BBQ’d a few times on the roof. We had everything we needed during our stay and it was the perfect getaway. Thank you so much for a great experience and we hope to be back when we are in the area;)

My girlfriend and I absolutely adored this place and Danis. She is the most wonderful host, was so kind and willing to help with everything we needed, and even left us some goodies for breakfast and smores! Her garden is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen and we couldn’t get over how adorable this place was. If I could come back every week I would and if you’re debating on whether to book this, PLEASE BOOK IT. Her home is walking distance from the ferry, and she left so many recommendations. Even let us have some of our childhood friends join us for a bonfire to catch up. Have nothing short of amazing things to say and this is definitely one of my most favorite spots I’ve ever stayed!!

Relatively close to buses and rail line. It made commuting easy. The area surrounding had plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Chris was very communicative. While it didn’t bother us too much, if you are sensitive to noise, I’d bring earplugs - you can hear others moving about in and around the building.

Great and safe place to stay in Seattle. Enjoyed the house and the location was awesome! Great for taking a bus to downtown but also some fun things within walking distance!

Alex's place was ideal for our five-day stay in Seattle. It is located near the freeway, yet in a quiet neighborhood with a secluded feel. It is close to restaurants and parks, and it's an easy drive downtown. The garden apartment is clean and very comfortable, with a shared laundry facility and MANY great amenities. (Frankly, more than I have seen in almost any other Airbnb, and we are frequency travelers.) We did a lot of hiking in the area and made good use of the wide array of great snacks. The bed is a comfortable king, also something that's hard to find in smaller Seattle homes. We appreciated the attention to details, comfortable sitting area with a large TV, slippers, robes and throws. Though we went through a heat advisory while there, the apartment was cool and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the potted herb garden at the entrance, and easy check-in/out experience. This was perfect for my daughter's and Spring Break trip to Seattle. The location was great; easy walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Safeway and very close to both the West Seattle Bridge and the Water Taxi. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a bedroom with a Queen bed and a pull-out couch in the living room, kitchen with cookware and dishes, and bathroom with incredible waterfall shower. The upstairs is rented separately, so there may be people upstairs. The sound from upstairs definitely travels to this unit, but there is a strictly enforced quiet time from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. The host is very responsive. He got back to me right away when I couldn't figure out the TV, and when the neighbors upstairs were playing their music loudly at 10:30 pm he actually called them for us and reminded them of the quiet hours so they turned their music off. Overall we were very happy with the experience and would book this unit again.

Catherine was super sweet and welcoming, and the place was very spacious and clean! I booked the AirBNB for my parents visiting from Florida, and they loved being able to walk to Macrina every morning for pastries and coffee. :)

This house was in a lovely, quiet location of Seattle. It was only a short drive to downtown. Upon check-in, everything was laid out quite well, and the house looked great! We were out and about for most of our trip, but the house was a solid home base to return to for the night. The amenities were as described, and we had no issues with the shower, washer, dryer, or kitchen. If we have the chance, we’ll certainly stay again!

Saffy and Jeff were just so wonderfully friendly. I felt incredibly welcome and so relaxed in their home. It was delightful to spend time each morning chatting with them over coffee. Everything else was ideal for a stay, lovely bedroom, clean large restroom always available, easy parking and walking distance to a restaurant (Sully's) with an epic view of the Puget Sound.

Amazing stay at this gem. What a great, authentic BnB style. Loved all of the food provided, Storyville coffee was to die for, and extremely comfortable stay. Would definitely come here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jake & Lynda's. They were very responsive from the beginning and were flexible as we figured out our arrival plans. The space was very clean and well-kept, with beautiful sunset views over the water.

Catherine was great! Despite us being late, she still was helpful and really kind. We really enjoyed all the accommodations, snacks, amenities, etc. She was great and the place was awesome.

We loved our stay at this townhouse! We arrived late after an international flight to find cozy comfy beds, a clean spacious kitchen and a great place to sit down and chat with each other. Not to mention the coffee machine stocked with pods! And the hosts’ incredible friendliness and willingness to make it a great stay for us. We loved exploring the Queen Anne neighborhood and enjoyed an easy walk down to lake union park. The townhouse is tucked away in a nice quiet street and it was easy to get to downtown and also to Ballard for the farmers market. We would totally stay here again!

I found Paul and Linda to be exceptional hosts! Very friendly and inviting. Also, Paul is a great cook with an amazing breakfast ready for you every morning! Which is such a great way to start off the day. They go out of their way to make sure your stay feels comfortable. I would highly recommend a visit!
