Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Moreno e sua moglie sono 2 ottimi padroni di casa, sono stati cortesi e ci hanno dato degli utili consigli su cosa visitare e su ristoranti/pizzerie nei dintorni, l'alloggio è grande, pulito ed è corrispondente alla descrizione, il quartiere è molto tranquillo, la sua posizione è ottima e strategica come base di partenza per visitare le belle città, borghi e meraviglie naturali (come le cascate delle marmore). In definitiva consiglio assolutamente questa location

Staying at Another Brick in the Vault was a wonderful and unique experience. The host was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating historical details about the space. The space was exactly as pictured and the accommodations were exactly as advertised, with all the promised towels, sheets, blow dryer and kitchen items readily available. It made my stay very comfortable and convenient!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto’s place. It was very clean, had everything we needed and located in a nice area, close to Assisi and Spello. Alberto was very quick in responding and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Would definitely recommend to stay here to anyone! :)

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans la maison de Luisa qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Luisa a été plus que réactive quand nous lui avons demandé des choses. La piscine est sensationnelle et le calme des alentours top pour se reposer. Le Wi-Fi est un peu faible mais rien de grave car l'important est d'apprécier les équipements de la maison.

L'alloggio è fantastico immerso nella campagna con splendida vista su Assisi. Posizione strategica per visitare comodamente Assisi e dintorni e stare tranquilli allo stesso tempo. Daniela e sua nipote sono state gentilissime. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario e lo spazio esterno è molto bello. Lo consiglio vivamente!

The apartment was absolutely amazing and exactly as shown in the pictures. Easy location from Perugia airport and only 20minutes from all the locations we needed to get to. Gigliola was very helpful and showed us around the apartment. The jacuzzi bath was easy to use and definitely a bonus for us. Would highly recommend and would come back if I was in Perugia again. 👍🏼 Would highly recommend

We stayed, with our teenage kids, in Tracy and John’s home while in the area for our small wedding ceremony and it absolutely completed the experience. The yard is beautiful and the pool area is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset - the view is unmatched! The home and yard were a perfect backdrop for our pre-ceremony pictures. The property is private, but is a short walk from the center of town. As for the house itself, Tracy and John have preserved the Italian charm while also renovating to make the space feel modern, cozy and inclusive of all the conveniences of home. We had a private chef one night and EVEN HE was impressed with the kitchen. As for the property manager that Tracy and John use, Anja, she was the highlight of the whole experience. Not only did we enlist her services to help plan and coordinate our ceremony, but she also had wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. Our favorite Airbnb property to-date!
