Great apartment, excellent location, highly recommended

The location and space is exactly like the pictures and description. The apartment is bright and airy and the patio is amazing in the evening. Boris was always very responsive to questions and was fun to get to know. He and his family live downstairs and are available for any questions or ideas. I would highly recommend and we look forward to a return visit someday.

Fede's house has an excellent location, just a few blocks from the beautiful San Martin Park, ideal for walking or cycling. Fede offers a couple of bicycles that were very useful for us to tour the area. The house is spacious and comfortable; the main bedroom is on the ground floor, which provides plenty of privacy, and the other two bedrooms are on the first floor. We stayed a week and the house was our perfect base for exploring Mendoza. It has a small garden where we could make the classic Argentine barbecue, which was a great plus. The house has everything you need to be comfortable as a family. We thought the price was excellent, so much so that we decided to extend our stay. In addition, it has parking and a wine cellar where Fede has some great wines at very affordable prices. We had a very comfortable week, and we thank Fede very much for his hospitality and all his attention. We would definitely come back!

Everything was excellent, every person I invited told me that the house was a luxury, it is huge, clean, with everything you need to enjoy and have an amazing time, the host responds very quickly and is super friendly, we had an amazing time and also many asked me for the contact to rent the house again!

The house blew us away with the size and design. We loved having a little courtyard to drink coffee. The location is walkable to many restaurants and to Parque General San Martin. Also I can't say enough good things about Marcelo as a host. He was extremely responsive and went above and beyond by booking us winery tours and giving restaurant recommendations

The duplex is spacious, clean, in a good location, and warm. For a person with a light sleep, the outside noise of the passage of vehicles throughout the night will bother you, which made it difficult for us to rest. The single beds have very soft mattresses, like a sponge that you sink into. Everything else is perfect, thank you.

The house is amazing. Beautiful as seen in the photos, with all the amenities and services you could ask for and more. Gastón, Jimena and Andrés were very attentive and helpful at all times. The area is super quiet and with very nice landscapes, but it is also close to downtown and easy to get to even by public transport. 100% recommended!!

Beautiful place and great host

Very nice big house: two bedrooms and a nice living room with kitchen. Beds are good, sheets are clean. In the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking, even salt, sugar and pasta. Thanks to Fernando for the hospitality and quick solution of small issues! I recommend this house for families with children or a group of friends.

I loved the place! The apartment was very comfortable and no noise could be heard. Since we arrived, the place was very clean and Gabriela was always very friendly and helpful with us. It is very central and you can walk to one of the main streets where there are restaurants, bars and shops. I definitely highly recommend this place!

Very comfortable, well equipped modern apartment with a balcony and a lovely view. I booked the place in part because of an unusual amenity— an indoor basketball court. It was worth it; also a boxing workout room and very pretty pool. Walking distance to park and local supermarkets. Nice garage. And quick driving distance to many wineries, some less than 15 minutes away. I highly recommend excursions to hot springs at Cacheuta and mountain town Uspallata, close to Aconcagua, highest mountain in the Americas.

Everything was very good, the place is beautiful

Spacious place with a great location. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean and organized. For cold days there is hot air conditioning that helps a lot. The shower is very good too. I recommend it!

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. Impeccable, it seemed like we were the first to use it, I would highlight the decoration, furniture, tableware and lighting. Those spaces that make you want to be there. Valentina is very friendly and was always available for whatever we needed. We will for sure be back!!!
