Fede's house has an excellent location, just a few blocks from the beautiful San Martin Park, ideal for walking or cycling. Fede offers a couple of bicycles that were very useful for us to tour the area. The house is spacious and comfortable; the main bedroom is on the ground floor, which provides plenty of privacy, and the other two bedrooms are on the first floor. We stayed a week and the house was our perfect base for exploring Mendoza. It has a small garden where we could make the classic Argentine barbecue, which was a great plus. The house has everything you need to be comfortable as a family. We thought the price was excellent, so much so that we decided to extend our stay. In addition, it has parking and a wine cellar where Fede has some great wines at very affordable prices. We had a very comfortable week, and we thank Fede very much for his hospitality and all his attention. We would definitely come back!

The experience was very good from the moment we arrived, they did everything possible to advance the check-in and that is always highly valued. The place is large and comfortable, it has all the amenities you need to have a good stay, close to restaurants and a little further away from downtown. The host Facundo was always in communication, attentive and flexible to our requirements.

Very large and spacious house in a very quiet neighborhood and with shops one block away. Very kind hosts who helped at all times with some difficulties I had with my vehicle and that was not their responsibility at all. They were very helpful. Recommended 100%!

Very comfortable accommodation for large groups, spacious and nice. The location is excellent, we walked around without any problems throughout the stay. The block is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were attentive to our needs and communication with them was smooth. Recommended.

We stayed here for three months with our pets, and I can honestly say it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. The apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay, it’s cozy, warm, well-equipped, and very comfortable. There’s also a lovely patio where you can enjoy an asado or simply relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet it's easy to get to the city center thanks to frequent buses and easy access to taxis. The neighbors are also very kind and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. Sofia and Daniela are the best hosts - so warm, responsive, and always willing to help with anything. I truly didn’t want to leave because I genuinely felt at home here. Highly recommend!

A very nice house, large and very comfortable. The location is very good. You are near downtown, near the airport and the bus station. Pablo is always available, and he responds super fast and clearly. Super equipped, 3 air conditioners and a washing machine to highlight. The truth is that everything was great. The location of the house is amazing, it's a very quiet area. Mauricio and Martha, super friendly and attentive to everything. The house is spacious and super cozy. We were 3 families, 10 people, and we didn't even notice.

The location and space is exactly like the pictures and description. The apartment is bright and airy and the patio is amazing in the evening. Boris was always very responsive to questions and was fun to get to know. He and his family live downstairs and are available for any questions or ideas. I would highly recommend and we look forward to a return visit someday.

Beautiful apartment, I found the place as it was in the photos. Quiet, clean, tidy place, very tasteful details, spacious balcony, elevator. Impeccable! You go downstairs and you have a supermarket, a store, a pharmacy meters away and everything you may need at hand. I would stay again and I also recommend the place. Excellent!!!
