Vacation rentals with a patio in Mendoza Province

We spent an incredible few days at the accommodation, the guys were super attentive and friendly, in fact, they let us check in early and check out late; the place is just like the photos and the location is EXCELLENT, we are super happy, and we would definitely choose it again. 💘 The apartment is complete, with a great cellar and super clean, don't hesitate for a second! Everything was great in this apartment, we spent a whole month . The only thing was that the metal mesh on the drain in the bathroom was not screwed on and constantly flew off, so the pipe in the bathroom was always open. The hostess offered to fix it, but I don't think it's right to solve housing problems when guests have already stayed there. Such things need to be done before new guests check in.

Laura received me an hour before I had planned to arrive, the apartment was clean and tidy, I stayed 4 days, and I did not need anything at any time, the host sent me activities and nearby places on Wsp. There is a supermarket right in front, a rotisserie a few blocks away and food outlets less than 100 meters away. The check-out was done by someone else, and it was very quick, and also very friendly.

The apartment is divine, very comfortable and functional. The view is open and panoramic of the city, the sunrise is beautiful and at night you can see all the little lights. A few meters away there is a complex with restaurants, cafes and a mini-market. 100% recommended, we'll be back..!!!

Great large apartment on Arístides (bars and restaurants area). Unit is as described with a large kitchen living area, and also a private laundry . Great closet space, large bath and bedroom. Private outdoor bbq area… it’s great that it has a private parking space because it’s an area hard to find parking spots. Lots to do around there with the park really closed by. It was really chilly outside and it felt a little inside but Would use this apartment again without questions. Highly recommend.

The host Ignacio, from the first moment was helpful, polite and predisposed to make our stay perfect. The garage is easily accessible, allowing you to enter the apartment from inside it. The area is close to bars, cafes, restaurants, squares and main avenues, so you can access everything very easily. Everything is 10/10, we will surely return!!! Thank you for everything.

We greatly appreciate your flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to organize our travel plans stress-free and make the most of our time. In addition, his recommendations for places to visit, eat and explore were excellent. Thanks to her, we discovered wonderful places that we might not have found on our own. As for the house, everything worked perfectly. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything you needed for a carefree stay. We really didn't have any problems and we were able to relax and fully enjoy ourselves. We recommend this Airbnb and Maria Luz 100%. We'll definitely be back!

Great location for family of 7 adults ! We were comfortable and plenty of space. Everything was clean and clutter free and we had cleaning service during the week (a nice luxury). The laundry/washer was also a nice perk of staying here. It was a tad cold when we were in Mendoza but there is a fireplace that warms up the area and a heating system. Our host was so responsive - within minutes I received a response. All our inquiries were addressed in a timely manner. 10-20 min drive to all the major wineries. We were in a safe and quiet neighborhood, occasionally loud dog but honestly did not bother us. Our host has excellent attention to detail and hospitality we were welcomed with some wine and goodies and also had available laundry detergent and hangers to dry our clothes. We didn’t have time to enjoy the asado option but great option for ~65$ per person. Would highly recommend this modern home.

This house is a great find! the location is perfect, very close to the main street with all the restaurants and bars, but at the same time there is a long walkway leading to the house itself, so it's located a little bit inside the neighborhood, and you don't hear absolutely any street noises. It's quiet and private and just 3 minute walk from the main street! Haydee's house us beautifully designed. Very tasteful interior and stylish furniture, nice accents, and a very cozy fireplace. We spent our evenings sitting by the fire with a glass of wine after going out! The place had everything we needed and it was very clean. The host was super responsive, and her daughters were over to greet us. They even left a bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift. We are very thankful for your help, and attention and kindness. you could feel the hospitality and warmth. Highly recommend!

The apartment is really beautiful, premium level and with an amazing view. Santiago was always attentive to any questions and even prepared the apartment for us to enter before check-in time. Too bad the jacuzzi didn't work, but the building's amenities are great. Hopefully we can go back.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment offers excellent value for money and is located in a very central area—close to both Aristides Street and Sarmiento. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Fernando was a great host, providing detailed instructions and local recommendations, including how to reach the bodegas. The apartment was also warm and cozy, which was perfect for the winter season. He kindly allowed us a late check-out due to availability, which made things even easier. Comfortable, very well organized and very friendly hosts, the place is decorated with flowers and you don't get cold with the heating, the shower water is great and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils!!
