E' una villa singola a Montemagno, a 5 km da Camaiore e a 1 km dai bar e ristoranti. La spiaggia di Viareggio si trova a 18 minuti in macchina così come Lucca e Pisa. Ha un giardino di 400 m2 con una piscina di 7 x 4 m, Ha una bella vista sulle colline verdi e un po' di vista mare dalla camera. Aria condizionata, riscaldamento e parcheggio dentro alla casa.

Spesso sono fuori per lavoro, ma mi rendo sempre disponibile per le vostre richieste. Il nostro alloggio si trova a 400 mt dal paesino di Pedona, che offre 2 alimentari e 1 ristorante. Camaiore, a soli 8' di auto, offre servizi vari, negozi e supermercati. Abbiamo un Wi-Fi MOLTO PIGRO, ma la "connessione", non è la nostra priorità 😉

Le città di Camaiore, Pietrasanta e Viareggio sono facilmente raggiungibili in meno di 10 minuti in auto; anche le città storiche di Lucca e Pisa distano a solo mezz'ora in auto.
