Relax with the whole family at this beautiful and peaceful place! This place created for 5 to 6 persons. The couch in the living room can fit 1 adult and one child. Master bedroom has beautiful king-size bed, 2 good size closets and full bathroom. The second room has very sturdy and comfortable 2 twin beds, a good size closet and a soft carpet in between. This house has big living room with huge couch for the 5th person to sleep and 6th small person. The full kitchen had good size pauntry.

Access is for residents and renters only, you will arrive by your private boat or jump aboard the water taxi for a 10 minute ride to our dock. No cars, shops, or restaurants on the island. The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.

Location, Location, Location! This condo overlooks the marina and the intercoastal water way leading to the gulf of Mexico. It also has a water taxi that leaves from the marina to a restaurant on the island for $6 a person. Englewood beach is close by, so If you are looking for relaxation on the beach or by the pool, there is a pool to have a cocktail by. The area has many things to do like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, charters, golfing, and many bars and restaurants.

The Oz Parlor 2.9 mi beach

The Oz Parlor apartment was originally the main house of this whimsical property. It has loads of charm It is a great place to relax and Just Bee... Please note I don’t have cable TV my TVs are wireless I have Netflix and Amazon prime. Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.
