Had a great stay! Pleasant, clean, organized and well-structured place. Host worried about guests, responds quickly to requests without any effort! Pleasant days in the condo! We'll be back for sure!

The house is very beautiful and well decorated, and also has all the features you need. It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, which makes it pleasant to use in winter or summer. The condominium to which the house belongs is a separate case. It is visually very pleasant (pool area and fake beach) and has plenty of things to do with children (thermal pool, activity courts). I highly recommend the property.

We had a wonderful weekend at Emerson's house. The house is very comfortable, the whirlpool is wonderful with water at the ideal temperature and the pool table was a differential. Quiet location, close to the sea, market nearby. I highly recommend the house and we will definitely return, God willing 🙌 Gratitude to the owner Emerson 😉

Andrea was very hospitable and kind. The house itself is excellent, we found small touches by Andrea to make the place more welcoming (salt, sugar, olive oil, soap, etc.) in every corner. We loved it and would certainly come back!

Exactly, just like the pictures. Great location and sea view! Everything is very clean and organized, the bed linens and towels smell good, the kitchen is super-equipped. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot shower in the en-suite shower, but since there were two others, we didn't even call José Alan, but I'm sure he would have helped us as he did since the rental. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is great, with an impeccable kitchen with all domestic appliances, a good living room and a front balcony with a beautiful barbecue, all very clean and very well organized. Near the beach and the center, allowing you to do everything by yourself. As for Regis is a great hostess, welcoming very well, and always very helpful in what was necessary.

We really want to thank you for all the hospitality we received, starting with Silva who was extraordinary with me and my baby! From the location to the house, it is very well equipped, and in person it is even better than in the photos. The view of the sea from the sixth floor is a wonderful energy, especially in the morning, but at night it is also a spectacle for those looking for this type of luxury, sun and sea from the balcony! The apartment is well located, close to the beach, downtown, bakeries and restaurants, without needing a car for anything. The apartment is very nice, André responds super fast, we were received quickly at check-in and check-out was super flexible regarding the departure time. The only negative points are the garage, which is small (but we were warned and it is in the listing) and difficult to maneuver, and not having a washing machine, which for a stay of more days would be necessary (it was not our case).

The perfect accommodation, very large, comfortable and pleasant property, worthy of 5 stars. Host always a lot requests and available. The location is very good, it is one block away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, quiet area to leave one of the cars on the street, the barbecue is very good, bakes fast and does not return to smoke, as well as the brewery that makes a lot of difference, it is an item that stands out for those who like it.
