Only 800 meters from the beach and with a market nearby. 5 minutes from the sea road and 10 minutes from the center of Capão.

New house near the sea and the market (250m), 5 min from the market and pharmacy and less than 5 min to get to our beach. Enclosed and individual patio. Air-conditioned environment, air-conditioning in the living room/kitchen + 2 double bedrooms, 1 with air-conditioning and the other with a fan Wi-Fi. House equipped with all kitchen utensils. 2 double beds and 2 single mattresses ready for use. Face towels. 4 single blankets 6 pillows 4 bath towels 4 beach chairs. We accept pets.
