The stay in the apartment was great, the air is only in the living room but it leaves everything super cold, the house very functional and fits up to 5 people, in addition to being 1 block of the beach is close to everything but maintains the silence for not being stuck in the center of capão. Lidiane was very receptable and responded extremely fast, in addition to being very flexible with check-in and checkout times. The only negative point that does not have a washer / dryer or tank to wash the laundry, I found it bad if you spend more days or have more people in the apartment, but everything met expectations!

Hello Clarissa's accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very clean, organized, well lit, spacious and cozy. My family and I were very comfortable and felt right at home. The host is very polite and always responded to us with agility and willingness to serve us in the best way. We were greeted on site by the building's caretaker, Débora, who was also always very agile, kind, polite and attentive to everything. I highly recommend the place and we'll be back on other occasions. We appreciate the excellent stay and service from the hostess and Débora. Cuddles.

Everything was very good: the space, the utensils, the beds, the bed linens and the appliances. The only thing missing was: 220 socket in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed staying at Solange's apartment and we plan to return! Jana, who welcomed us, is a lovely person and gave us all the instructions we needed! The apartment matched the description exactly and we were reasonably prepared with “basic items,” as the listing was clear in that regard that there were none, but as a suggestion, there could be a dish towel and a floor cleaning cloth (those I forgot🤭😂). We missed having an electric kettle, but the milk jug worked. We didn't find the air conditioning control in the double room, but it wasn't necessary, the temperature was mild! The shower in the guest bathroom, according to my children, did not work, but the one in the en-suite was wonderful and with the stairs, the other was not needed at all. Great nights of sleep, great bed and pillows, dark room (I love it) and the silence is absurd! As for the building, well located, beautiful, always clean, friendly residents and the terrace, great (swimming pool is not heated).

Details that could be improved from a personal point of view, ceiling fans, incorporating a Smart TV since it is an element with which we distract our young children or ourselves, and also air conditioning.
