Excellent place to stay. My family and I loved the quietness and the relaxed atmosphere. Definitely will stay here again. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Professional service from the reception to the cleaning crew. Overall a great experience, totally recommend.

The apartment is excellent. Everything's clean and new. The building has a virtual doorman, so you have to notify them to enter and exit, whether by car or on foot. Although they respond quickly, it is somewhat cumbersome. The back is beautiful! A huge lake with a great view, but the front faces an avenue with a lot of traffic and a construction site right in front. Across that avenue there is a complete mini mall, even with a fairly large fresh market.

For our needs very well located. Lindas vistas de Montevideo. The thermotanque is a little small for an apartment with seating for 4. The rest is great!

We had a great vacation at Nancy's house. Very comfortable and cool. Ideal for a family. In a very quiet and clean neighborhood. Nancy's excellent disposition is also noteworthy, who was always attentive to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy and rest. It makes you feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

Aside from a small issue with a neighbor complaining about music during the day, we enjoyed a fabulous stay! The home is as beautiful as the photos show and was the perfect place for us to visit family.

Spacious home enjoyed by our large family. The ping pong table and outdoor pool were great for added entertainment. Great location, one block away from a supermarket and 4 blocks and a short walk away from the beach. We would definitely return!

Maria Guillermina and her husband were very kind. They waited for us even though we were late and welcomed us very warmly. They explained how everything worked. The house is very nice and comfortable. The surroundings are very peaceful and very accessible by car. They were always available for our needs. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

We had a splendid week, we were very well received, the house had everything we needed to make our stay, a great time to spend as a family. Everything tidy, spacious, comfortable, functional, safe, in a quiet, sunny place, one block from a nice beach, with a good grill and a brick oven that we take advantage of with rich pizzas. The host a tipazo, was always at your command, highly recommend and we ended up wanting to be back.

The apartment is excellent, very nice... very nice area, everything is very comfortable! The good thing is that there is a (small) shopping mall one block away, but it serves a lot!!

The apartment has everything described and more! Starting with the location and the view, which is SPECTACULAR. The photos don't do it justice. Super good accommodation, spacious, nice, excellent view. Super comfortable for 4 people. The only detail is that the location is not convenient for someone who does not have a car for example. In my case, we if we had and less bad that we decided to rent it yourself in Montevideo and then go to Punta del Este because the accommodation is far from the coast or the center or restaurant or supermarkets. To consider if you will not have a car.

The place was amazing, just like the pictures. It was easy to get in, we picked it up and returned the key to the doorman and we had no problem. The view of the lake is magnificent, in addition, due to the location of the windows we had a lot of privacy.
