Good building and safe. Perfectly located in front of the beach, close to all amenities, restaurants and entertainment. Beautiful views. Very well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. Jordana was very friendly before and during our stay. She was attentive to all our needs and was super flexible with check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay there again. The house is in a beautiful location by the sea. You will hear the sea rustling. It's a quiet beach and the house is spacious. We enjoyed it and Nicole was always immediately available. The surroundings are quiet and the beds are good. Perfect for us!

Fernando is super attentive and accessible. The location and landscape are unbeatable: the sea and the stream with its fauna. From the peace of the front, you see the fishing boats pass by and the flocks of ducks land in the water to fish, you see the sea and hear the waves day and night. If you want shade, in the back there is a spectacular barbecue with a clay oven, a sink and utensils, a Paraguayan hammock, armchairs and a cot that you can take to the front and forget about the stress. The whole property is rich in flowers and greenery. The house is warm, clean, comfortable, bright and ventilated, super safe and abundant in everything, and it has a heater, don't forget the firewood! ... there are plenty of cooking utensils! Two blocks away you have a market, you can order simple snacks and half a block away a guy who makes fish delicacies! The beach is just a few steps away, beautiful and quiet. There is a lot of love in every corner, in every bouquet of flowers. Enjoy it as I did, appreciate the place and leave it as you found it or better if you can.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is really close to the beach and a few blocks away there are supermarkets, a butcher shop and a nice place to dine. The house has all the amenities, it's a quiet area. We went with our little dog and she had a wonderful time. Nancy was an excellent host. We'll probably come back another time.

It was a nice experience! We went to visit acquaintances and the location and amenities were what we needed. The communication with the host, the tranquility of the surroundings and the comfort were key!

The place was amazing, just like the pictures. It was easy to get in, we picked it up and returned the key to the doorman and we had no problem. The view of the lake is magnificent, in addition, due to the location of the windows we had a lot of privacy.
