Take a break and unwind in this peaceful studio. You can access it by your own transport, we have a garage, and it is just 2 blocks from the bus stop. We are 4 blocks from the beach and 7 blocks from downtown. We have a kitchenette area with a microwave, electric kettle, and new dishes. For cooking, we have a large covered grill and a jug with all the necessary utensils. Great comfort in bed and on the couch. Clear view of the mountain.

We are less than 3 blocks from the beach, a very safe place, with closed and covered parking. We offer Wi-Fi to our guests. The area is quiet and close to everything you need, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Very close to the bus stop.
