We opened this B&B at the end of October 2024 and want to offer a little corner of peace and tranquility, easy and quick to get to, in a characteristic renovated Tuscan house just 7 km (20 minutes) from the first parking lot in the historical center of Florence. In Borgo Le Palaie, you can immerse yourself in the Tuscan landscape, enjoy the views of the city and enjoy the green of the cypresses and olive trees. You can easily get there by car (including a place reserved for guests) and by bus in 7 minutes.

Two-room apartment in a renovated farmhouse, located on the hills of Florence, just 6 km from the center and a few minutes from the A1 highway exit. Surrounded by countryside, spectacular views of Florence. Consisting of a kitchen, living room with double bed, fireplace, sleeping area with French-style double bed 140 cm. Outside there is a large terrace, a shared garden, a private garden, and a field cultivated with olive trees. A high chair and a camping cot are available.

It is 3 km from the city and 200 meters from the city bus stop that takes you directly to Florence's historic center and central station in 25 minutes. The apartment has a reserved parking space on the property. Sofas and sun loungers are available for guests in the garden. The living room opens onto the beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside for outdoor breakfasts and dinners.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
