The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 11 in a secure, gated community 50 mins from San Juan airport. It's on the 2nd floor, with no elevator, and stairs inside the villa.

My apartment easily sleeps 6 guests & is a little slice of heaven! It is literally only a few steps to the beach! The bedroom & living room both have gorgeous views & open up to the porch. The porch has a counter running its entire length where we eat most of our meals listening to the ebb and flow of the tide & watching the waves crash, the pelicans dive for fish, & the iguanas climb the palm trees. At night the moon shines on the water creating a liquid silver effect which is stunning!

This studio is comfortable for a couple, or a couple with kids. The apartment is in the 2nd floor. The building has an elevator. Palmas Doradas is a beach front complex. The land is about 2,750 acres with 25 neighborhoods, small shops, around 15 restaurants, 2 marinas and a yacht club. Rent a golf cart to move around the resort.
