You will enjoy the entire property which has 2 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Master bedroom - 1 king bed, bathroom and walking closet. Room 2 has 2 full beds with its private entrance, closet and full bathroom. Apt has living, dining and a spacious equipped kitchen. 3 big balconies with great views to the lake and the pool.

My apartment easily sleeps 6 guests & is a little slice of heaven! It is literally only a few steps to the beach! The bedroom & living room both have gorgeous views & open up to the porch. The porch has a counter running its entire length where we eat most of our meals listening to the ebb and flow of the tide & watching the waves crash, the pelicans dive for fish, & the iguanas climb the palm trees. At night the moon shines on the water creating a liquid silver effect which is stunning!

Beach Village Condo

Come enjoy this beautiful condo overlooking a golf course! Experience the local beach life in this beautiful home, only a 3 minute walk from the beach. Currently, we are experiencing more seaweed on the beach than normal during the summer months of June through August but there is still a wonderful pool to enjoy! There are many restaurant and beaches within the gated community to enjoy and we are happy to share our favorite recommendations both near and far.
