The two bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet are separated by a floor. The room on the ground floor (equipped kitchen/living room) has a fireplace and parquet flooring. Good addresses are only 100m away: Le Chateau de Savigny, several restaurants, a grocery shop, the bakery and the wine producers of Savigny.

Old barn renovated with quality materials including a bedroom for two, a small bedroom with a bed 110 cm wide, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a sofa bed living room with equipped kitchen and a terrace. You access it through a cul-de-sac. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The entrance is at the bottom of the cul-de-sac on the right. Avallon is a very friendly small town with shops, bars and restaurants.

It is located close to the historic city center and essential shops, it also has free and easy parking. For your comfort, multiple amenities are at your disposal, but if anything is missing, I'm just a stone's throw away... ;-)
