Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

Ground floor: kitchen-dining room (25 m², terracotta tiles), living room (40 m², Burgundy stone floor, fireplace), 1 bedroom (20 m²), 1 shower room with small bathtub and 1 toilet with hand basin. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (from 9 to 40 m2, parquet floors), 1 toilet, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with toilet. Linens provided (sheets, towels, etc.). This old farmhouse, renovated while keeping the attributes of a 19th century farmhouse, has the comforts of the 20th century. An attached garage.

Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rower. Optional, bedroom in an old hay attic (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but 2 electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates... Hikes from the house, games (boules, ping-pong, badminton) and bike rental.

My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.

Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
