We spent an unforgettable 4 nights at this amazing place and it truly exceeded every expectation. The setting is straight out of a storybook! Nestled among rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves, the castle itself is beautifully restored with just the right balance of historic charm and modern comfort. Our boys LOVED exploring the grounds and playing in the pool, while we soaked in the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere. Mornings were filled with birdsong and in the evenings we watched the sun set over the hills with a glass of local wine. The location was ideal for day trips to Siena and Florence, but, we were always excited to come “home” to the castle. Our host Nicola was WONDERFUL! He was gracious, welcoming, and full of helpful recommendations for family-friendly restaurants and hidden gems. We felt completely at home in this special place. We’ll carry the memories of this place with us forever. We can’t recommend Castillo di Badia enough. Magical place! Tati & Brett

Daniele's place was perfect for our needs, we went to Poggibonsi for an eye operation and his place was in a perfect location, 5 minutes from the clinic and 5 minutes from the historic center. I highly recommend it

Marcos place was ideally situated in Poggibonsi old town. We used it as a base to visit San Gimignano by bus (130) perfectly guided to by the information/bus ticket shop and at 5 euros return was the perfect way to see the countryside and get to and from. We also went to Siena by bus as the train times didn’t suit which actually was a good option as bus station is literally in centre. What a wonderful city! We experienced this all during a heatwave of 35oC and a quick message to Marco regarding fans for the accommodation and they were immediately set up. Also there was a co-op supermarket just up the road for supplies. Amazing restaurant 1 minute walk away - Bazzino. Stunning food in a quirky square. Maybe a bit tatty around area but marcos apartment was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean.

All impeccable! Extremely kind and helpful owner: she anticipated check-in by a few hours and allowed us to stay beyond check-out time. He welcomed us in front of the apartment, showing us the house and giving us excellent advice for visiting the area. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything: utensils, dishes, oil, salt, coffee... it had everything! Spacious apartment, large balcony and very cozy! I will recommend this solution to all those who pass through Poggibonsi!
