It was an amazing experience, certainly the most interesting space I've stayed for years hosting through the platform, within a predefined price range. It is a small 2-story apartment at the top of a medieval tower, but all renovated, very well cared for and full in comfort. It was fantastic to see the stars through the ceiling windows and the landscape by the sides. Indescritível… I strongly recommend, don't miss it if you have the opportunity.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for our short trip to Umbria. With the fantastic hosts Paola and Romeo we felt welcomed as by two old friends, they are very kind people and gave us excellent advice on the most beautiful places to visit in the area! The apartment is very clean and has a strategic location: it is a 5-minute drive from the center of Spoleto but is in a very quiet and peaceful area. The large garden was very much appreciated by our little dog! 🐶

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had informed her of at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk, and fruit juice. In the kitchen there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, toast, various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, and affable, and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, very fragrant towels, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer of a decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very convenient: parking right in front of the entrance. Outside you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun – ideal for relaxing. The cordiality of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal to explore Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again – my time there was so beautiful. I'd love to come back and highly recommend this place, even for longer stays. Thank you so much, dear Laura!

At Silvio and Marialuisa's we feel at home, we and our four-legged friend have had wonderful moments with them. Especially our German shepherd, Ken, who was able to play in their yard with their grandchildren Roberto and Manuel. We found two friends we will always carry in our hearts. We thank them for everything they've shared with us. They were more than hospitable and the harmony we experienced from them was immeasurable. We had a lovely couple of days in beautiful surrounding, Spoleto and the countryside, ideal for cyclists. Roberto's house is comfortable, peaceful, in a very nice location close to Spoleto. The private courtyard was amazing to relax in. The apt is small but so well laid out it felt super comfortable and relaxing. Bed was great. Our host was the best. Loved it all!!!! Highly recommended.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Giancarlo, we entered the property in a large and well-kept courtyard, the impression was excellent, confirmed by the characteristics of the accommodation. Really a beautiful, well-kept, clean apartment equipped with every comfort, nothing is really missing. Giancarlo described the accommodation to us in detail and explained all the features. He is a very attentive host, he answered any questions very quickly. To this must be added that he and his family are discreet, helpful and kind people, in the days spent in his accommodation we often chatted like old friends, received advice on the area, and he also made us appreciate typical local products. Ultimately we had a really good time, we felt at home. And beyond the now universally recognized beauty of Umbria, if you want to spend a few days or even more, Giancarlo's accommodation is the right one.
