Entire house. Great location. Plenty of parking in front of house. Central Air conditioning. Far from the hustle and bustle but close to Castelnuovo and Pieve Fosciana, 5 min by car. Attached in rear but offers a private patio and yard. Convenient self-check in. Enjoy the beautiful Garfagnana in your home away from home. The house is located in an area of Tuscany called 'GARFAGNANA' (CHIOZZA - Castiglione G.na), located at 800 mt. The last 6 km are of good mountain road but uphill and with curves. It is a recently restored stone farmhouse with a heated pool that can also be used in spring and autumn and a hot tub up to 36 degrees. The house is structured on 3 levels, ideal for family vacations and relaxing days. It is facing SOUTH and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the picturesque mountains the Apuan Alps.-
