Ornella was a wonderful host, and we loved staying here! The house is about a 35min walk to the top of Pesche, and a 5min drive to Isernia. We have recommended this place to all of our family that will soon visit. Only downfalls of the property: A little cold in the house, but there were plenty of blankets. Also, the water was not very hot, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. It’s cozy and quiet, and inconveniently located to everything we wanted to see.

A little slice of paradise in Italy 🌿🍒 We had the most magical 2-night stay in this beautiful farmhouse nestled in one of the most picturesque parts of Italy. The home itself is spacious, warm, and tastefully furnished with that cozy, farm-style charm that makes you feel instantly at home. The garden was a dream come true — fully fenced, which was perfect for our dog, and filled with fruit trees bearing everything from cherries and apples to apricots. It felt like stepping into a storybook. We loved spending evenings on the idyllic dining patio, taking in the stunning views with a glass of local wine, and making use of the BBQ area. The small jacuzzi and sun loungers were the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the area. Mario, our host, was an absolute gem — always responsive & kind. His hospitality made our stay even more special. Do yourself a favour and stay at least two nights — trust me, you won’t want to leave. We’ll be dreaming of this place for a long time.

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend in this villa surrounded by greenery, a real corner of peace to get away from the routine. Right away, the host was helpful and attentive, guaranteeing us a peaceful stay. The house has exceeded expectations: spacious, cozy and tastefully furnished, with clean and well organized environments, equipped with every comfort. The location is ideal, surrounded by nature but well connected, with the ski slopes reachable in about an hour. After a day in the snow, we wanted to watch the Sanremo final, but the comfort of the sofa and the warmth of the environment captured us... and we fell asleep! An unforgettable stay, which we will definitely repeat!

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.

Luca was very responsive, the house was great. We were a big group, and had place for all of us. We enjoyed the fire place, the clean and big kitchen.

We came here for a quiet, intimate celebration of our 20th anniversary, hoping to rest, laugh, and make lasting memories. What we found far exceeded anything we could have imagined. Every detail, every interaction, was filled with genuine care and love. These three incredible souls went above and beyond for us every single day—not out of obligation, but out of pure kindness and heart. You can feel how much they love what they do, and more importantly, how much they care for the people who come through their doors. This place became a sanctuary for us—peaceful, joyful, and deeply personal. We laughed, we rested, we connected, and we left with full hearts and unforgettable memories. We had a wonderful 2 nights at Villa Elizabetta. The rooms (and the bathrooms) are beautiful, neat and extra spacious. The whole house - and the hosts - exude calmness, peace and love. The shared kitchen is well equipped and the pool is an absolute stunner. We will come back, for sure!
