Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Campo de Gibraltar

This air Bnb was our first experience in Spain. We had a wonderful time. The communication with the host was clear and easy. The views are better than advertised. The balcony has a beautiful and private unobstructed view of the rock of Gibraltar. We were worried about the elevator noise after reading some reviews, but it was very quiet and did not bother us at all. This was the perfect place for us and we would highly recommend.

We can only reiterate all the other effusive comments about Yann’s place - The ‘Pavilon’ is the very best in tranquil luxury. Set on the other side of the pool in front of Yann and Bernard classically proportioned villa, the accommodation is beautifully furnished and decorated with comfort very much to the fore. Positionally, the Pavilon benefits from the cooling breeze from the sea and it’s only a 10 min walk, besides Marshan Park, into the historic kasbah. Yann is an excellent host and the breakfast provided each morning by his staff was delicious. We shall defintely return.

A lovely, small house with amazing views over to Gibraltar and beyond. It felt like being in the real Spain.

The accommodation is simply a dream come true! You have the impression that you are standing in front of a photo wallpaper, because the view is simply surreal. The accommodation is super equipped and there is nothing missing. The bathroom is great, the bed comfortable and the terrace simply invites you to linger! The contact with Maria Isabel works absolutely smoothly and she responds to all questions or requests! All in all - an absolute recommendation!

We had a wonderful week in Marta’s apartment. It is located in the heart of Vejer old town with amazing views from the fantastically well equipped terrace which had a space for every activity and weather condition. The patio downstairs was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped with staples such as oils, vinegar and spices so we could easily knock up a salad dressing. The bathroom is beautiful with a lovely shower with both a rain shower and power shower head and Marta provided lots of towels for every occasion - big fluffy ones for the bathroom, yellow ones that matched the terrace and big beach ‘rugs’ and the bedding was good quality. For a compact and bijou space it is amazingly well thought out and equipped and we were missing nothing. As a host Marta was exceptional - she provided tons of information about places to visit and cultural events. Thank you Marta, we had a wonderful time and you were an excellent cultural ambassador

Very nice place. Spacious and a great roof terrace with an amazing view! Close to the castle, Fernando was very clear in his communication as well. Will come back!

Absolutely one of my best Airbnb stays ever. Inga is wonderfully friendly, has *tons* of amazing recommendations for things you'll actually want to do/see, and her home is just beyond amazing. The surrounding gardens are lush and amazing, her two dogs are incredibly friendly and well-behaved, the kitchen area is both classy, tasteful, unique, inviting, and just perfect. We loved the fact that the bedroom was in the round stone building adjacent to the building with the kitchen. The shower was surprisingly amazing (plenty of hot water and good water pressure), the bbq grill was very handy, and the neighborhood had donkeys and horses and cows and sheep wandering everywhere. The donkeys enjoyed being petted and we really enjoyed walking around to see the different animals throughout the area and watching the sunset in one direction while also seeing Morocco in another direction all right from the front yard. I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this place! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos: clean, bright, very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to everything and very secure with always a guard at the entrance of the building, which makes you really feel good. Host was welcoming, available, and responsive. We feel that he is committed to providing a quality experience for his guests, and he succeeds! I would recommend this place without a second thought and I would happily come back on a future visit to the area. Again, thank you for this beautiful break!

We thought Rocío's place was great. The location was excellent, 10 minutes from Valdevaqueros beach, 20 minutes from Bolonia, 20 minutes from Tarifa or 30 minutes from Vejer. The country house was impeccable, all new, with all the possible amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenware... Rocío left us tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher, which was a relief. We felt very comfortable, right at home. If we return to the area, we will definitely contact Rocío again.

We had such a lovely stay at Jess's place. The apartment was freshly cleaned and had a gorgeous rustic vibe. There were so many bits and pieces on hand for guests' convenience such as soap, shower gel, bubble bath, dish soap, tea, coffee, cooking oil etc. The bed was super comfy and even the towels felt luxurious. The location is perfect for exploring Gibraltar with Casemates, the bus station and Main Street all in easy walking distance. The city skyline made for a nice view from the balcony at night. Jess was helpful and responsive to our messages. I felt very at home and would absolutely stay here again.

A close walk from the airport or if you really want to hire an e-scooter. The room was immaculate and well catered for. I got into the room and I was amazed by the room size and when I got to the balcony I was overwhelmed by the view of the Gibraltar rock! I got recommendations on where to eat. I went for a walk all the way to the cable cars but there are buses if you want to catch them instead into the town. The room is a 10-15 minute walk to Ocean Village which has loads of restaurants and bars. Joe kindly gave me some recommendations because I had no idea where to eat. It was a fantastic space to stay in, I 100% recommend anyone to stay there and I can’t wait to stay there again when I come back to Gibraltar!

We had a fabulous time at this lovely airbnb. Friendly hosts. Very clear advice before we arrived (to help us locate the place!) and a warm welcome. The views from the balconies on both sides of the apartment were breathtaking. It was comfy and very quiet. A great place to relax after days of walking in the surrounding area. We thought it was great value and would love to return. Thank you so much for hosting us.

The apartment was amazing, beautifully furnished, very comfortable beds, kitchen was very well equipped and the terrace areas were huge with fantastic views of the golf course. Pool area was well laid out and pool was immaculate, new sun loungers were round the pool. We would definitely return to this apartment and our host couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. A car is essential.

Wonderful place, great location, very friend and helpful hosts ! Be mindful about the bed size (queen size).

Beautiful studio. Loads of room and storage. Clean. Comfortable bed. Modern kitchen, aircon. Thoughtful touches like water, snacks, milk etc. Only slight negatives were the flat is right next to entrance to building so you can hear the buzzer go each time door opens. Also blinds are transparent so not much privacy and light comes in in the morning. Pools on the roof however the day I went up there were too many screaming kids running around so I left.

A tranquil getaway with stunning coastal views, Ben’s apartment in San Roque was the perfect base for our much-needed relaxing holiday. The apartment was beautifully maintained, spacious, and comfortable. Ben was a thoughtful and attentive host, always ready to help when needed. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay at Jesus’ place - it is beautifully presented and even better in person than in the pictures. Had everything we needed and appreciated the extra touches like water, crisps cans of drink etc on arrival - very thoughtful. The place is a great location - equal distance to old town and puerto banus so not too expensive by cab either way. The terrace is so gorgeous with lovely views and the pool is also lovely, clean and quiet. We will definitely be coming back.

Highly recommend this accommodation. We were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful host, the apartment was extremely clean and was facilitated with everything we could possibly need! Private parking was ideal for a rental car, 15 minute drive from puerto banus. Check out was quick and easy! Thank you again

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The master bedroom is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the A.C. unit worked well. All kitchen appliances worked well. The only complaint would be that the knives are dull and a knife sharpener would be nice to have. Two warnings: 1. The 2nd bedroom and living room does not have A.C. There are fans and we were able to leverage them to get cool air circulating from the master bedroom to the living room. Our stay was in May so I don't know how hot the hotter months become so lack of AC units in the 2nd bedroom can be an issue. 2. Be aware that there are no elevators in the building and this facility is on the 3rd floor.

We had a fantastic two month stay in Tarifa. The appartment is about a ten minute walk from the old town so close to bars and restaurants but in a quiet neighbourhood. We are a couple with no kids but the two bedroom appartment could comfortably accommodate four. There are two separate living areas and a fantastic, large courtyard. Good sized well-equipped kitchen with separate laundry.

Am a regular visitor to Gib but fairly new at this AirBnB game. Was in touch with Heather, one of the hosts who met us on arrival at the property with the keys and gave a full tour of the apartment and facilities. It was exactly as described and ideal for a short stay in the city centre. I can heartily recommend this property and hosts to guests for their trip to Gibraltar. My only minor request would be that two keys and fobs be provided if a couple are staying so they can still be slightly more independent with comings and goings to our diverse interests around the rock. A thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thank you Dave n Sonja
