Olga was very helpful and nice, we felt comfortable there right away. Peaceful location but still central. Short distance to the surrounding towns and only a few minutes to the beach. A stay is highly recommended.

Apartment located in a tactical area a few minutes' drive from the beaches of Baratti and Populonia. Well-maintained place, with a large terrace, panoramic view, and well-equipped. Tommaso is a helpful, reliable, and responsive person. It was like being at home! Highly recommended even for long stays.

Had a really relaxing stay. The grounds and pool area was outstanding. Close to great beaches and interesting towns. A big thank you Giovanni for creating the beautiful space and to Monica (and Micky the mower) for keeping it so beautiful. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished – exactly as described. We particularly liked the beautiful garden and the proximity to the beach, which rounded off the stay perfectly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!
