Excellent house, well maintained and clean. Owner obviously takes pride in their place. Clean, well stocked with kitchen items, comfortable with lots of seating, air conditioning worked well. Pool was excellent and cool for the hot days. Communication was excellent except for a small misunderstanding on the check-in procedure - very responsive. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious, cozy and very well cared for. We met our needs perfectly. The location is great, less than a 5-minute walk to one of the Parque do Povo entrances, and also very close to several shops and restaurants. The house was impeccably clean, with enough linens for all the guests. The showers also worked super well, with hot water and good pressure. Communication with Anderson was quick and efficient from start to finish. He gave us great tips about the region and was always helpful throughout the stay. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and, for sure, on a future occasion, we will stay with Anderson again!

My stay was simply excellent! The house is super organized, with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable and practical stay. The structure is great, everything is brand new, well maintained and very comfortable. The location is also a great plus: the neighborhood is quiet, safe and easy to access. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to help with anything needed. A great differential was the details thoughtfully prepared for the guests: cookies, snacks, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, cotton buds… all carefully prepared to make us feel at home. A truly welcoming and special experience. I highly recommend it!

The space corresponds to what is in the photos. The host was very helpful and quickly resolved the replacement of the shower that malfunctioned during the stay. I didn't realize that the listing didn't include the supply of towels (pay attention to this detail), but Diego still "went the extra mile" and lent us towels.

We had a setback getting in because we didn't have the key and the building doesn't have a doorman, we had to wait a while for the hostess to answer, but after that it was fine, the space is clean and well centralized.

The host was available and quickly resolved a problem that arose in the bathroom. Self check-in is very comfortable. Although the space is quite airy, I found the room a little warm. For those who are used to air conditioning, it ends up being missed. But it actually matches the listing description.

The place is as described, accommodates well and is located in a large condominium. I rented it to an event in the city and the location is great. Gerlane was flexible about the entry and exit times.
