Welcome to Stay at Sunrise LLC. We offer a clean and comfortable home for your vacation enjoyment. We are in a rural area, recreation trail head is 3 miles east of us as is the Wade House, 7 miles from Road America. Large yard, Fire pit, picnic table, child swing set. Garage parking on site if arranged in advance. We do not have WIFI Phone reception for Internet is good. No Cable or Satellite TV, Over 32 antenna channels. Smoking is allowed outside of the home. No pets allowed.

Kelly and Don's property is so beautiful and peaceful. It is quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were a nice relief getting away from the city. There were a ton of stars out at night and the moon was bright. Kelly and Don were super responsive and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Kristy’s place was great. Our family is from/lives in Dundee so this location was perfect for visiting. Her place was clean, slept all of us comfortably, and had all of the amenities. We will for sure always check her place first for availability and recommend it to everyone. Thank you again for the great stay.

The first words out of our 19 year old’s mouth was, “Mom, this is the best one we have ever stayed in!” Everyone loved how cozy the place felt and how you could set the temp for each room, just the way you liked it, including in the bathroom if the morning was a bit chilly. The rustic charm is just beyond beautiful. I loved the swing set and sitting area around back. Our dog loved it. Overall, just an absolutely gorgeous place to be for an entire week. The beds were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice get away.

'McJugger’s Loft:' Walk to Lake, Park, Restaurants

Our second stay here -- Perfect place for our adult kids and us to gather for the weekend. Everything was great! We had everything we needed in such a beautiful, spacious living area. The food in the restaurant below (quesadillas are the best!); the Hamburger Haus next door and the little cafe just down the street make it easy to dine w/o cooking! We visited the winery not far away, which is a great venue for music and drinks in an outdoor setting. The best was Consuelo -- the perfect hostess! So glad we got to connect again to tell her how much we enjoy McJugger's Loft!

This was a great spot for a Fall weekend. The lake is gorgeous, the kayaks were perfect, and the sunsets were fantastic. Caught a few fish, but the weather wasn't that cooperative. The area has great restaurants, coffee shops, and lovely pumpkin patches and orchards. Great spot to relax!

We had such a lovely stay at Lori’s place! The space is absolutely gorgeous—so many thoughtful touches (including a personalized welcome sign and delicious homemade goodies!). The view of the lake is beautiful and the location is just a few minutes’ walk from all the fun shops, restaurants, and parks of downtown. Lori and her husband were thoughtful and friendly, and responded quickly when we had a question. We loved our time here and hope to be back!

The loft was beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway with my daughter. I appreciated the “things to do” information in a booklet provided as we found a cool restaurant with an arcade upstairs that gave us something to do (the mineshaft [30 min drive]). The place was clean, cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area!
