Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood. I do live here and take great care of my home.
