Cozy and comfortable country house, hidden at the sight, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside of the National Park of Cilento, 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea (blue flag). An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

My place is close to the Masseta Marine Park with beautiful panoramic views; 8 minutes by car from Scario center, 15 minutes from Sapri, the City of the Gleaner and starting point of the Cammino di San Nilo, 20 minutes from the caves of Morigerati and the Capelli di Venere waterfall. It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town, with private parking and a large garden. The apartment is suitable for couples, families, including those with children, and groups of friends.

The modern villa has a stunning view of the sea and the mountainous hinterland and is located on 6500 m2 of land on the border of a National Park and is surrounded by unspoiled nature. It is a hiking paradise and is located a few minutes by car from one of the most beautiful coasts of Italy. The decor is bright and modern, with antique elements such as the old chestnut wooden doors, the antique olive pitchers and the vintage lamps. The villa has a heated swimming pool that is available from May 1st.

The recent renovation has brought to light an ancient stone arch, which with the modern and functional furnishings forms a combination of past and present. The use of a barbecue on the terrace is STRICTLY prohibited by municipal regulations.
