Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Camden Town

Such a gorgeous space! The neighborhood was adorable with lots of local restaurants, primrose hill, and the chalk farm tube station close by.

Communication was very efficient. Instructions on how to get to their home from where we landed was also offered without us having to ask 🥰 (Which was exactly what we Googled!) Graham and Richard gave a warm welcome when we arrived. Their home was absolutely lovely! Spacious quarters for ourselves - which were very clean and tidy. We ate at the common area near the beautiful garden of theirs. We were lucky enough to have meals here during the summer. We were fortunate to have some time to get to know our gracious host, who were happy to do the same :) West Hampstead area was an easy 18-30mins tube right to central London. And it’s only 1 change to get the Elizabeth line to Heathrow airport. Thank you very much Graham and Richard for a short sweet home away and for all your help with everything! Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

The apartment is very convinient and clean, it had everything we needed and more. The location is really good, near many bus stops and a tube station. We were delighted to find out our room had access to the sunny garden :) we also had access to the washing machine and dishwasher. Highly recommend!! We really enjoyed our stay in this homey apartment.

Public transit is close & walkable from flat which is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore London!

We stayed in the apartment for five days. It’s a great neighborhood with beautiful surroundings and many nice cafés nearby. There’s a park close by. The metro is within easy walking distance. The apartment has everything you need, and it’s very cozy and warm.

Richard’s place is not only located in a fab part of London (peaceful but also near great shops and restaurants), the flat also has a balcony offering spectacular views across the city! The flat was spotless, with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen - I was able to bake or cook everyday without any issues. Richard was a great communicator before the trip and left us a really useful welcome pack when we arrived. We had a fab stay and hope to book again next time we visit London!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and neat and had all the amenities we needed. It’s in a nice location, a bit of a walk to the tube, but the area has lots to offer with shops, restaurants, pubs and the famous portobello market. We appreciated the welcome breakfast and lots of tea choices. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful.

Perfect stay! The house was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, cozy and equipped with all comforts. The location is convenient both for visiting the area and for relaxing in peace. The host was very kind, always available and attentive to every detail. We felt at home. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Definitely recommend staying in this apartment. Nice surroundings and easy access. We were four people staying here and it works great if you are fine with sharing a bed, sofa bed and duvets. Sam was a great host.

Perfect studio apartment for a couple. Easy access to underground. A nice pub right around the corner. We are runners, so we enjoyed morning jogs around Regents Park, right across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Would stay there again next time in London.

This is a very compact and efficiently laid out flat that was perfect for our five day stay in London. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was a great place to relax when we came back from our busy days out. We very much appreciated the location, which allowed us to walk to many different neighborhoods or easily take public transportation when needed. Daniel was very responsive to all my questions and provided suggestions for luggage storage when we visited the British Museum on our last day there. I’d highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a clean, lovely place to stay in the middle of London.

We had an incredible time staying at Ben & Jenya’s place! It was a perfect spot for our family vacation with two young kids. The area is very family friendly and close to many parks and restaurants. Jenya was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Ted’s place. The check in was smooth, the flat couldn’t have been better for our needs. Location is great, the garden is private and quiet and beautiful. The apartment has everything you might need, and Ted’s great personality and character are reflected by the fantastic art and style in the apartment. We would happily stay there again and look forward to coming back.

Dave’s studio flat was superb for our little stay! It was warm, comfortable and cozy. Dave met us at the door and couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried! The tiny tucked away kitchen is out of this world; such a clever design. It benefitted from massive mugs too, because, quite frankly, you can never get enough tea in a tea cup! The rooftop garden was a real treat on New Year’s Eve, as we had a view of the London Eye so got to watch the fireworks across the London rooftops. I reckon we’ll be back.

Flat was in a quiet area. Train station next to flat did not cause any sleeping issues. Our family was very happy to stay 5 nights as it was easy to get in the heart of London using underground, only few minutes walking to station and you could get to city directly. Near the flat was a very good Italian restaurant where we visited couple of times and couple of small shops were next to flat to get basic groceries. We had a small issue with flat, which was quickly fixed after messaging with team. 5-stars from our family.

Great stay - public transportation is within a 10-15 minute walk tops, and the area has a ton of great restaurants. It was nice to return to after a busy day. The flat was very clean and Zoltan really thought of all of the small details from a hairdryer to laundry soap, and even had a welcome basket for us with snacks and wine! Definitely recommend staying here.

A great place. The terrace is fantastic. Watching the sun go down at night was so peaceful. A wonderful place to stay.

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10

Deborah’s place is a dream. I’d been hesitant to book a flat away from central London, but this gorgeous loft ended up being exactly what I needed for a lovely recharge weekend. Deborah was highly communicate and easily reachable with questions on a moment’s notice, and the balcony was idyllic to pop open a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset.
