Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. With an excellent supermarket a few meters away, you won't be bothered by what you need for your family and friends. House 500 meters from Armação beach, quiet sea, good infrastructure. You can easily walk there. Ample space on the grounds ensures those who prioritize keeping their feet on the ground and having better moments on the beach. Garage with barbecue. Very good house for children, all walled with space for them with toys.

Localizada 40m do mar. Casa de tijolinhos à vista e cheia de personalidade! Com 3 quartos, 1 deles sendo suíte master, com ampla sacada e vista para o mar. Churrasqueira na area externa. Redes nas varandas externas da casa complementam o clima praiano! Lareira na sala de televisão. Colchões novos, comprados em 2023. Cozinha completa! Wifi incluso. Complete Kitchen integrated with living room and deck with barbecue grill. 3 minutes to the best clubs and 30 minutos from the Beto Carreiro World.

Charming house, comfortable and close to the beach. The property is in a very quiet place less than 50 meters from the beach and 100 meters from restaurants and markets. The beach has wide strip of sand, lifeguard station and crystal clear water. Our idea is for you to feel at home when you stay here. Our family has had a home in the area for a long time, we know every bit of this amazing place.

Porto Belo House with a sea view.

The House is very comfortable, safe and peaceful. Inserted on a street that only serves the four houses and the residents of the front who reside all year round. It has an outdoor area that has a barbecue and wood-burning stove to fry a fish. The quiet beach is just 50 steps away. There is a pier nearby, where the pirate boat offers several tours of the various beaches of the region.
