We spent great days in this apartment! It's just like the pictures. Bed linens of excellent quality. The garage space is private. Beach utensils are available. We only spent a few days, but they were great! It was worth it.

The apartment is impeccable. A little piece of home, away from home. Everything is extremely clean, the environment is fragrant and has all the utensils for a great stay. The location is privileged with everything you need nearby, from more lively programs to quieter environments. Fernanda is a sweetheart, super attentive and responds promptly. I highly recommend the stay, everyone who goes there definitely leaves with a smile.

The apartment is very cozy and contains all the necessary utensils and furniture to make a great stay possible! Another positive point is the location of the apartment, as it is close to everything and the view is sensational!! The condominium organization is very good! (A nice thing is that it has a great cafeteria and a mini market inside the building, which made it a lot easier for us). Hosts are attentive, helpful and respond immediately! My wife and I love the place and plan to return soon!

We rented the apartment to celebrate my birthday and it was a great choice! The place was impeccable, very clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the listing. The location is also excellent, right in the middle of Av. Beira Mar. Communication with the hosts was great: always quick to respond and very flexible with schedules. We will definitely return at a next chance!

Simply spectacular! The apartment is extremely comfortable, with a modern design and full of technological features that make the stay even more special. The view... is spectacular — much more impressive than in the photos! Every detail of the apartment was carefully thought out. The quality of the items available really made a difference: impeccable linens, extremely comfortable beds and everything very well chosen, providing even more coziness to our stay. We have a large family, and everyone was very well accommodated, with plenty of space and comfort. The hosts, Cristian and Fran, were impeccable: attentive, polite and always available to help with whatever was needed. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. Very beautiful, well located house and especially the view of the beach and a spectacular dawn. Communication was quick and quiet. Although we were in the middle of 05/2025, we had hot days, with lots of sunshine and pleasant nights. Even in a low season, the city offers a great structure of markets, restaurants, commerce and services in general. We'll be back for sure.

It was a great stay! The house is impeccable! Very beautiful and equipped and has a sensational view of the beach and surroundings! Large house with excellent living areas and outdoor area, which made the staff very comfortable in the environments. The house has several decorative items and is simply beautiful. And everything was extremely clean, down to the smallest detail. The outside was very well taken care of and the host was very helpful. We recommend it!!

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy place, quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach and also to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, 24-hour laundry. It was worth every penny, and Mrs. Detinha is a lovely person, always available and with immeasurable affection. I'm sure we'll come back another time.

I booked the house to rest and celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. As a baby, the house on the sand made it easier to go to the beach and reconcile with her routine. We loved the space. Wonderful view and quiet condominium. Pão was super helpful and Rose, who works in the condominium, is a lovely person. I recommend it!

The house has an incredible view, worthy of a soap opera. Large rooms and large, clean bathrooms. Joanara was an excellent host, she welcomed us very well and we felt at home. I highly recommend the stay and we will be back for sure.

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.
