Cottage vacation rentals in Camano Island

Good cozy place. Very convenient for our shrimping week with the dock and location. Our buddies booked their other place right below and we had a great time.

Home is full of personality and history. Susan had lots of personal touches like sharing their hen's eggs and freshly cut flowers in a vase. The house is creative with art and memorabilia...and they've managed to keep everything clean, comfortable and welcoming. I really like the living space furniture. They have everything you may need and more. Beds are comfortable but may be a little smaller than listed Queens. Close to town and Freeland Hall if you are attending an event like we did. Love the enclosed front deck where you can sit with your dog and not worry. Big enclosed yard, too, for dog to run around and take bathroom break. Short walk and staircase to a beach walk. Yard is spacious with great parking.

The beach side gem was the perfect location for the wedding we attended at Kiana Lodge. Cabin had a great deck to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon wine. Hot tub was a bonus besides the beautiful views. Paul was quick to respond to questions and provide local recommendations.

Loved this home! We had family visiting from France and we took the opportunity to stay on Whidbey and what drew us to Emily’s place was the truly family atmosphere of the home. It was awesome. So many things to play with, from the jacuzzi, sauna, bocci ball, giant chess board, and bikes. Super fun. Also, the home has so many cooking supplies and a grocery store 2 minutes by car. Loved the home :-) great vacation.

Our stay here was great! We ventured to Olympic National Park and explored all over the Kitsap Peninsula! We loved returning home to this little cabin each night! The outdoor space was fantastic and the extra amenities were awesome! Would absolutely recommend this place, and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! We're a family with three young boys under the age of 8, and the home worked really well for us overall. A couple of small suggestions that might help future guests: it gets very bright upstairs in the early morning — our kids were up at 4:30am on the first day! Curtains or blackout shades would make a big difference. We ended up using foil as a quick fix, which worked well. The location is fantastic — just steps from the beach. For families with young kids (or older guests), a small set of portable stairs down to the sand would be helpful. We temporarily moved the hot tub steps to make it easier, which worked in a pinch. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked for cooking, and the neighborhood is peaceful with absolutely stunning views. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We were visiting Whidbey for a wedding at Fireseed Catering. This was a convenient and comfortable landing spot for us. Jim was so nice and welcoming. And the property is beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

We can’t say enough about the fabulousness of both the hosts and this Airbnb! Dave and BJ are so incredibly nice and flexible. This is such a kid friendly place both in location but the indoor toys, books and outdoor toys they provide. The hosts live on the back of the property but are non-intrusive. Honestly, we would have loved to hang out with them- they are that wonderful! The Airbnb is fully stocked. It was so nice to not have to run out for things like coffee, ketchup etc. A+++++++++++

We enjoyed our time immensely in the peaceful surroundings. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Wonderful place and excellent to detach and relax. Thank you for the great instructions and housing us for our friend's wedding. I would just go back to stay at your place and not leave for the entire stay!

CaraMia's beach cottage in Camano far exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic. Set on a couple of well-landscaped acres in an idyllic, peaceful, semi-rural area, it's a cozy beach-style cottage overlooking Port Susan on Camano Island. The views are great. It was easy to walk around the vicinity where there are even a few stables with horses and an alpaca or two. Yet the cottage is close to stores and restaurants a few miles in either direction. We brought our dog and spent the time walking, hiking, beachcombing and cycling around Camano Island while enjoying good food at nearby pubs and restaurants. I would highly recommend CaraMia's Camano Cottage! We'll definitely be back to visit in the future.

This beach cottage was prefect for two couples and a pup. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s just a short walk from the beach. The beds are comfy. It has a great outdoor space with grass and patio furniture. Would absolutely stay again. We had a wonderful weekend here

This place was absolutely worth every penny we paid! It was very clean, cute and small but had every amenity you would want. The VIEW of the water was beautiful.. just incredible! The scene was very peaceful. Shyni was our host and checked on us a few times during our stay to make sure we had all that we needed. She was very cordial with us. We appreciated having had conversations with her as we like to get to know our hosts. That's always a bonus for us. It is a small little place but mighty in everything else. The amenities are too numerous to note. But if you are missing something, I'm sure she has it! It is a very private place. It is also well stocked with games if you get rained in for the day. The washer/dryer unit was very handy. One thing we'd have done differently was to have put in our order for Indian food 6 weeks prior to our arrival. If you would like some Indian food (I read awesome reviews and forgot) order ahead! Enjoy the place! We did!

My fiancé and I wanted to get away for the weekend and we loved this place. It was very clean, had a large fenced yard for the dogs to run around in, and we were even given fresh eggs from their chickens. We would definitely rebook in the future!

After 15 years of visiting the same place on Whidbey Island, we found a new spot! This is a magical little place just a few minutes north of Langley, where we saw an abundance of wildlife, had relaxing mornings and restful sleep! Ashlyn's place was perfect for our family of three. The cute little cottage was full of books and wonderful art. Ashlyn was so accommodating about our arrival and provided us with wonderful recommendations. We will definitely be back! If you do book, make sure you ask about the breakfast - ours was spectacular!!

Perfect, peaceful, charming cabin on the water. The moment you walk in you can see straight through to the water. Comfy deck seating for watching the sunrise and sunset. Walk right on to the soft sand filled with seashells. We will definitely visit again!

This charming bungalow is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood only 5 minutes from the historic downtown part of Snohomish (great shops and restaurants!) and an easy drive over to Everett to see our relatives. We loved the Craftsman architecture of the house (built in 1912!) on the outside, and the careful way it has been restored inside. They have kept the beams, wooden doors and built-ins, but completely modernized the kitchen into a bright, spotless, efficient space. We only needed to use one bedroom but the bed was extremely comfortable and warm with a very good mattress and cozy, top-quality bedding. When we had a couple of questions, Josephine answered promptly. The grounds around the house are absolutely beautiful and well-kept. Everything was lush and blooming! It would be so nice to sit outside in nice weather. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches such as having the heat and a light on for our late arrival, on a chilly day, and providing some sweet treats!

The breathtaking view from the cottage was spectacular. The shelter of trees and habitat enabled us to have close up looks at many birds. The plentiful large windows provided excellent viewing. The location is minutes away for hiking in the parks, picking up supplies, and taking ferry excursions to the islands. The cottage is beautiful inside and outside, extremely well appointed, and very comfortable. Our family of 4 adults could not have been more pleased with the cottage and the natural beauty all around. We had a wonderful vacation and created many memories. Thank you for allowing us to share your lovely home.

We had the most magical stay at Beach Garden Cottage. From the moment we arrived, the fresh flower bouquet on the table and the ocean view through the windows made it feel like we’d stepped into a postcard. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the sound of waves at night was pure bliss. The studio is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and there’s a detailed binder full of recommendations—from local restaurants to hikes and lavender farms. Every little touch feels personal, and you can tell the hosts truly care. They were nearby and responsive if we needed anything. Waking up to sunrises and ending the day with wine in the garden just steps away from the ocean made this a perfect coastal escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unplug and soak up the beauty of Sequim or looking for a place to stay when you want to explore Olympic National Park.

Carlene’s cottage by the sea was so cute and welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax and spend time with my little family. Carlene was very responsive and nice.

We had a very comfortable stay. Pros: The checkin instructions were very clear and we did not have any difficulty finding the location. The house was better than it looked in the pictures. The approach road is a bit cramped but we had enough parking space for our vehicle and the neighborhood felt safe . The kitchen was well stocked. Cons: 1. Some smaller windows did not have blinds. Since we are used to sleeping in a dark bedroom, we had a bit of difficulty falling asleep. 2. There wasn't any private space to dress up. This was not a big issue for us since we didn't need it. The stay exceeded our expectations and we had a great time.

Our stay at The Secret Garden was a wonderful experience. We felt nurtured with the thoughtful touches inside and out. And it was a great launching pad for bike riding the Olympic Discovery Trail which is right nearby!
