A beautiful and elegant 4 bedroom house near the charming, historic town of Camaiore. The house is situated in a small hamlet at the top of a hill with stunning views out to the nearby towns and the sea beyond. The town of Camaiore is at the bottom of the hill and the house is also only a few kilometres from the exclusive resort-lined Versilia coast. Please note this property is only really suitable for 6 adults maximum (plus 4 kids) as there are bunk beds in one of the rooms.

A lovely and spacious 3 story quiet villa on lush huge grounds which comfortably accommodates 9 guests (but can sleep up to 12 in total). The interior is made of stone which keeps it nice and cool in the summers. Villa Toscana used to be an old convent school near Camaiore. Since the middle of last century it belongs to family Landshoff whose few generations enjoy the villa on family vacations. When it's not occupied by the owners it is available to their guests.

My family and I live in an apartment on the basement floor, with a separate entrance and garden, ensuring privacy. The IDs of all guests will be required at check-in.
