During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

A beautiful and elegant 4 bedroom house near the charming, historic town of Camaiore. The house is situated in a small hamlet at the top of a hill with stunning views out to the nearby towns and the sea beyond. The town of Camaiore is at the bottom of the hill and the house is also only a few kilometres from the exclusive resort-lined Versilia coast. Please note this property is only really suitable for 6 adults maximum (plus 4 kids) as there are bunk beds in one of the rooms.

It is spread over two large floors and has a garden that is perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. The sea, clubs, supermarkets and services can be reached by bike in a few minutes. My family and I live in an apartment on the basement floor, with a separate entrance and garden, ensuring privacy. The IDs of all guests will be required at check-in.

La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.
