Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We had a wonderful stay at Annabelle's! She is a great host who welcomed us warmly. The house is exceptionally beautiful and stylish, which made our vacation all the more enjoyable. I would especially like to highlight the jacuzzi, which was a real treat after long excursions to the surrounding area. The location of the house is ideal as a base for numerous activities and explorations in the region. We highly recommend staying with Annabelle and would be happy to come back!

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

This was our second stay here and the stairs are worth every step! It’s a beautiful and peaceful oasis. Already planning to return next year.

We had a great time for professional training at the Cité Internationale. The apartment is really well located and even if we spent little time there we really enjoyed the comfort of this apartment. Communication with Carole at the time of booking and then before our arrival was really pleasant, with a lot of responsiveness and clarity, making our stay full of serenity. Thank you again for this beautiful apartment, well decorated, clean and very comfortable.

The app. Is bright, clean and equipped with every comfort. Walking distance to metro, bus and Carrefour. Cross courtyard and left access door. Bed is lovely, wide and long and lovely mattress. The shower is also great. Noemir is very responsive and resolving. In short, we found it a pleasant place!

Great place to stay, very clean and cosy. I didn’t notice the fact that there’s not an actual bed, but only a sleeping couch when I booked it. So it was ok for 2 nights, but wouldn’t have liked it for a longer stay. Also it was really difficult to find a parking spot. We tried to call the host to get more parking options in the neighbourhood, but they didn’t answer the phone, so that was unfortunate. Keep in mind that parking is at least 35 euros per day in the area.

Julie is very responsive and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Situated in a beautiful traditional building, it is quiet and private. Towels/soap/shampoo all provided. Excellent location for the conference centre and a run along the river.

Let's start with the negative points.....after reflection, there are none. It was perfect. Whether in terms of communication, cleanliness, calm (even surprising), geographical location, amenities (and especially working very well and no broken or defective items, which is not always the case). In addition to this, a large garage for the car in the basement accessible directly from the apartment, a supermarket downstairs from the building, and a small balcony with a view (distant buildings and greenery). Great.

The apartment is super nice in the district of la croix rousse. The neighborhood offers a lot and is close to downtown. It matches the pictures and Marine is a great hostess who always responds quickly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had such a wonderful time at Stephanie’s apartment! It’s right in the center of Lyon making it the perfect place to explore the city. The apartment itself was very cozy and extremely clean. Even with the heatwave, Stephanie provided many fans that helped cool down the place. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cups for many coffees and snacks at home. Would HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful apartment!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Stylish and well located. It worked well for a week stay and connected easily to other parts of Lyon. The Bocuse market nearby was a plus. Guillaume the host was super responsive.

What a good place to enjoy the beauty of Lyon! In front of the building, we see the entrance to the Théâtre Antique; the Basilica is a stone's throw away, of course you can easily find the funicular to go to old Lyon. The apartment is located in a beautiful environment, quiet and tranquil, especially it has an impressive view. You can see the Basilica from most windows! Sincewe are at the heart of the Fourvière hill, everything is sublime with greenery and refreshing air. The interior is as spotless as it is comfortable! We love the decor and style of it. This is a place to really rest. My wife and I spent our first morning in Lyon in the balcony without doing anything and just to stay in that tranquility. Julie really takes care of our stay. She arranged for us a perfect entrance to the apartment. Highly recommend!!

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.
