The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

It consists of a kitchen open to the living room, a mezzanine bedroom located above a bedroom with a sofa bed. The apartment is located in the heart of the Croix-Rousse district, a real village on its hill that benefits from all amenities.

You will find all the essentials for a pleasant stay, whether professional or for the pleasure. Oak parquet floor, fireplace, ceiling height, we kept the charm of the old!
