Antonella, Andreas and not to forget Lullu are perfect and so relaxed hosts. They sweetened our mornings with fresh bread, croissants & coffee. The apartment is well equipped and of high quality. We felt very comfortable right away. The garden invites you to linger and is particularly well maintained. Thank you for this special stay!

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

The apartment really enchanted us, the rooms are nice, clean with air conditioning, stylish, in the living room a large TV, kitchen with everything that should be here. The "resort" itself was on a hill with beautiful views, a huge garden, a swimming pool, all stylish Tuscan, the surroundings are beautiful, peace, quiet, peace, everything you need here you will find. As the Italians say, it's "Tutto bene" here

Our stay at La Casa dell Abate was truly wonderful and memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys beauty and comfort off the beaten path. From the moment we arrived, Allesio was welcoming, friendly, showed us around the home and offered tips on what to do. He will also offer you the opportunity for a pasta class or gourmet dinner which is prepared by their friend Francesco, in the private garden/outdoor kitchen. We really enjoyed this experience. Their home is beautifully decorated yet maintains the charm of the 16th century in which the village was built. We slept great in the peaceful surroundings and the comfortable beds with nice linens. We spent 5 days in Passignano, convenient for visiting the surrounding towns and cities. Martina is very kind and always available. The apartment is really nice and well-kept. We have a large dog and the fenced garden is perfect. We had a great time! Highly recommended!!

In May 2025, we spent a week at Federica's - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can directly look out over the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi - simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and much more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess - Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Overall, absolutely recommended - it makes you feel right at home- we would love to come back anytime. Our rating 5 stars + Best regards from Joanna and Bogdan.

Our stay at Agriturismo Monsole was fantastic! The house was very clean and well maintained. The views were amazing, and it was an extremely peaceful location. Carmela was a great host, very welcoming, and was very helpful in organizing a cooking class as well as providing recommendations of activities to do.

We stayed 4 days and it was just fantastic. The arrival was hassle-free and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had electricity again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I would recommend this place to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!
