This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you.

Al piano terra sala da pranzo con angolo cucina, camera da letto e bagno. Al piano inferiore salottino con divano e una stanza giochi. Nel giardino sono disponibili un barbecue, una zona coperta ed un playground per il basket. La privacy è assicurata da una fitta siepe. Parcheggio privato con accesso esclusivo.

Detached stone house on two floors, large living room with kitchen, 2 sofas, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. One of the rooms located on the ground floor has independent access and an extra kitchenette. Large 5-hectare garden with meadows, woods, olive grove, pasture with horses. Spaces equipped for outdoor dining in the courtyard, on the panoramic terrace and next to the pool. We are located in the hills at an altitude of 400 m, 13 km from Florence and 9 km from Fiesole.

The apartment is 20 minutes from the center of Florence, and can also be reached by bus no. 25 or AT, which is very well connected. Strategic location to stay in a quiet place in the countryside but close to Florence and Mugello, safe.

Old hayloft on the Chianti hills

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
