Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. Trains run every 10 minutes The Sierra del Montnegre and its location in the center of the Catalan coast mean that neither the Tramontana winds of the north nor the Mistral winds of the south reach this region. A villa that is part of the Catalan modernist circuit, where Domenech i Montaner had his studio and buildings still in perfect condition. The Castle of Santa Florentina located in the Villa hosts classical music concerts in the summer. Canet de Mar, a seaside town, honors traditional festivities that take place in the streets during the summer months. Canet de Mar is a quiet and peaceful village with faithful tourism. A wide variety of restaurants in the area with a Michelin star. Between 3 and 30 km away, there are 30 golf courses, including two PGA courses. Reservations are accepted for a minimum of 5 days in July and August, and a minimum of 3 days for the rest of the year.

The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home

Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.
