El apartamento consta de 3 balcones más y cuenta con caja de seguridad, cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. Imagínate nadando, haciendo un curso de paddle surf, jugando con tus hijos en la arena, haciendo running a orillas del mediterráneo o sencillamente disfrutando de la variada oferta gastronómica del barrio. La seguridad el apartamento está equipado con caja de seguridad para guardar tus objetos de valor. Hay cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. 🏠 Normas del apartamento te damos la bienvenida y te pedimos respetar el descanso de los vecinos: evita ruidos fuertes, portazos y fiestas, especialmente después de las 22:00. No está permitido alojar más personas de las indicadas en la reserva; si se incumplen las normas, podrías ser desalojado sin reembolso. 🔑 Llaves y check-out si sales antes, deja las llaves sobre la mesa y cierra la puerta al salir. Recuerda cerrar siempre con llave. Beachfront apartment in the center of town, ideal for a wonderful vacation by the sea. It’s a 1-minute walk to the train station. You have shops, bars, etc. 5 minutes away. The apartment does not have an elevator; you have to climb stairs to the 5th floor, with a final spiral section. You can enjoy the fantastic views and the beach.
