There are two terraces—one of the rooms has its own private terrace that overlooks the garden and brings in fresh air. The house is located on the same property as the owners’ home, but it has its own private entrance, ensuring privacy and independence during your stay. The rooms are simple, clean, and spacious. We are only 1.5 blocks from the stunning lagoon.

It's a small house with two bedrooms, ideal for you to enjoy alone or with the family (4 members) and is in a quiet area. Beautiful location on the lagoon, serene and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A few minutes' drive from downtown Bacalar. The space on the lagoon is peaceful and private from other properties. There are two other units on the property, with whom access to the lagoon is shared. In the lagoon area there is a dock and two terraces, offering enough space for our guests.

Come with the whole family to this fantastic place on the shore of the lagoon where you can rest and swim; at night enjoy the terraces; the illuminated pier; go to the village where you will find gastronomy for all tastes or order home delivery. You can go sailing in a group at any time because we have 3 kayaks (2 double and 1 single).
