Giancarla her husband are fantastic hosts, thoughtful and courteous but not intrusive. The apartment is beautiful, new and with everything you need to feel at home. We had a small problem with the shower that was resolved in no time. Thank you so much because we spent a New Year's Eve to remember.

The penthouse was an incredible experience. Stefano was a wonderful host from the second we booked his lovely home. He was attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. The house was extremely clean and in the best location! Seconds away from the beach and numerous restaurants, what more could you ask for?! He also booked us a wine tasting, if you have time I highly recommend checking it out! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an expert when it comes to Fano and the surrounding areas, he really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb. Sergio was a very kind and helpful person. The apartment is small and basic but very clean and I was able to cook basic meals (there is a gas stove and a small grill type oven, which I didn't use). The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient. The shower is excellent! the bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. I had a great time and used it as a base to visit Fano, the seaside and the hills, all on my bike.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful apartment! The accommodation is not only tastefully decorated, but also in an absolutely quiet location with stunning views of the hilly landscape – perfect for relaxing. The pool was a real highlight and felt almost like a private pool – ideal for cooling off and enjoying. The lovingly landscaped garden also contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A big thank you to Adriana, who welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always helpful. The area is perfect for cycling and slowing down – we enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back!
