The location is fantastic, with stunning views of Livorno and Pisa, at sunset it is practically a painting. The location is strategic as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and Montepulciano are just a stone's throw away. The accommodation, in a tower of an old medieval castle is definitely out of the ordinary. The garden, spacious and clean, very enjoyable in summer, also set up for the barbecue. Experience really worth recommending!

The location and especially the views are unique. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers many different seating and lounging options. The bed, mattress and pillows are high-quality and comfortable. The kitchen is very large, is simply equipped and offers everything to cook extensively. The house is not barrier-free, both in the house and around the house there are many winding steps. The wifi is very good. We felt very comfortable.

Perfectly renovated farmhouse in a great location for hiking/biking. Ideal for weekend stays but also for longer periods. Total availability and kindness of hosts. Everything is perfect!

We stayed at Maria’s home for a long family weekend with 6 adults. There is quality ac, 3 bathrooms and 3 good double beds. The private pool is very good with comfortable lounge chairs. Cooking easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Recommended!

We had the most magical stay in this gorgeous home. Stunning countryside, perfect location for heading out and exploring Tuscany. Letizia was always fast to respond to messages, and gave us superb recommendations of where to go/what to do - thanks to her, we enjoyed an amazing wine tour and lunch at the local vineyard, as well as days out to historic villages and meals in the village up the road from the villa. We could not have had a more perfect trip!

Lory was a very good host. She has given us many helpful tips and has always responded promptly to questions. Since it suddenly got significantly cooler at night during our stay, she asked us on her own if we wanted warmer bedding and did it directly. We felt extraordinarily well looked after by Lory.

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

Lovely apartment with everything we could possibly need.

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Great spacious apartment to explore the surrounding area. Helpful information from the nice hosts. Quiet location. 2 great bathrooms with rain shower. The kitchen is very well equipped, also with many small things that you can use in everyday life. The garden with the barbecue is great with beautiful views of the fantastic landscape with the vineyards and cypresses. If you have a baby, you should bring a good baby monitor with a long-range connection, as the garden is a few meters from the house. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Very small house with a lovely view. You have space on the first floor there only. And as we were traveling in winter days, heating system really helped to keep the property warm. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, also there’s a pizza oven outside (although we didn’t use it, but anyway it’s nice to have that option). Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

A little slice of heaven in the middle of the woods. The wonderful cottage, the large and equipped garden, perfect for both humans and dogs, surrounded by peace and quiet. Silvia is always available for any questions. It was a 3-day rejuvenation. Everything was perfect!

Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

We had such a great experience staying at this Cabin! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the river view—it was absolutely stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for unwinding, and the overall vibe of the home was warm and welcoming. The host was also fantastic, very responsive and thoughtful, which made everything even better. If you're looking for a serene getaway with beautiful scenery, this is the perfect spot. A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

Beautiful house and place in the middle of nature and meters away from the village of Benabbio. Perfect for those who want to get rid of the stress of the city for a few days. Luca and Lisa are super attentive and gave us all the facilities. Don't miss the chance to eat at Locanda il Cavallino Bianco in the village of Benabbio. A wonder.
