Villa vacation rentals in Calcatoggio

Great stay, the place and so quiet and peaceful. We had all the comforts we needed to enjoy our vacation with our 11-month-old daughter. As read in many reviews, the access is surprising the first time but we get used to it quite quickly. Think about mosquito repellent to take full advantage of the outdoors in the evening! Adrienne is really very welcoming and available when needed.

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

Beautiful and impeccable house! Jean Félix and Yohan are super responsive and super flexible for check-in and checkout times! Small downside for the pool which had a start-up and cleaning problem, but we were still able to enjoy it! Beautiful geographical location to enjoy the calm and mountain views! Wonderful week spent at Corinne's, the calm, the sweetness of the place. My grandchildren took over the pool as well as the adults. Very well located, I recommend this rental, it's pure happiness.

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

Beautiful villa, very clean and well appointed. Peaceful setting with great beaches close by and interesting places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, provided great beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave!

I recommend this stay for families who want to have everything nearby, restaurants, shops, boat trips, beach etc… everything can be done on foot. The calm of this residence also allows you to rest!! Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the house and the area with two families. Christelle and her husband are helpful. The steep driveway to the house is a bit tricky the first time but ultimately easy to do. And the beautiful view is well worth it.

Beautiful location with fantastic views. The infinity pool was great. For a family of 5- the space was perfect. David and his family are highly responsive. They left us some cookies and coffee pods- nice gesture. We will go back to live at David's place! The description of the property could be better. With nearest stores over 4 km away, guests can come better prepared. 1. Toiletries are not provided (handwash, soap, shampoo) 2. Detergents for dishwasher and washing machine are not provided 3. Salt, pepper, oil etc seemed like leftovers from previous guests. Do state if these are provided. The bathrooms could be better with towel racks / napkin ring...

Apart from the neighboring work (which is not dependent on the owners of the property) The amazing view of Ajaccio Bay greatly counterbalances this small negative point The house meets the advertised criteria Host is very easily reachable It is very likely that we will return to this place

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Superb cottage, very functional, quiet and in the heart of the vineyards. 2 beautiful terraces, one of which is very large and well appointed. The pool is very beautiful too, with greenery and shady corners around if the sun is too strong. Very welcoming hostess, who offered us a tour of her estate and a tasting of her wines.

Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa. The house are beautiful and spacious. It is divisible in 2 units, ideal with teenagers or the parents. Great balcony, great seating, great pool. Highly recommended! 10 min walk to the beach, 3 min to the village by car. I highly recommend this house, it's worth it! We stayed here in April and the owner opened the pool for us: very helpful!! Superbly located villa on a track off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. It’s one of three similar villas, each secluded from the others. The villa overlooks Santa Giulia bay and wooded hills - the views are stunning, especially in the late afternoon/early evening light. The villa is as pictured and is comfortable and well equipped - the BBQ in particular is great! The style is simple and rustic, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is naturally cool at night, which we appreciated - there was no need to use the AC to sleep. All in all a superb location for exploring the beaches of southern Corsica and visiting Bonifacio, which is an incredible historic town with a beautiful and lively port.

We really appreciated Léa's helpful and warm nature. From the first moment, we felt very comfortable and the Ville Julea, but that is also not difficult. The view is unique, the open kitchen, all the comfortable lounge areas inside and outside - and always with the fantastic view. The great pool was also a great added value and rounded off the perfect stay.
