We had a great stay at this well-located apartment. It’s right across from the beach with lovely sea views, and there are several quiet coves nearby with clear water — ideal for swimming. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning was very helpful during the heat, and private parking made things easy. The train station is just a short walk away, with Cannes less than 30 minutes by train — perfect for day trips. Overall, a very convenient and relaxing place to stay. We’d definitely return.

We had a great time in this small apartment a few meters from the sea. It is located in a super quiet area, in Agay, the sea is beautiful, the mountains are incredible, wherever you turn, there is nature and there are many places nearby to visit. It's really worth it if you bring a car to go to nearby places and beaches, you shouldn't miss it, it has parking (a little complicated to open the door🥲). We cooked several times, we ate on the terrace. I wish they had coffee available as an amenity, in other places, we really enjoyed it. The tour guide they had was very helpful. Just to mention, sometimes it smelled like stagnant water, a little unpleasant, they helped us get rid of it, but I think it's something that should be taken care of.

We hope to be lucky enough to one day return. This was a beautiful, relaxing spot and we all (2 families traveling together) enjoyed our stay so much. It is obvious that this home has been used to make beautiful family memories, it is charming and comfortable and was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our time. We all wished we had a few more days to relax at the house and explore the immediate area.

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.
